B	Brandon Martine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough good things about Bar Piquette. It's small, but with big character. The food is delicious and the wine list (or in this case Wine Cabinet) is extensive. The back heated patio is a fantastic alternative should you wish for some fresh air.

D	Dar o on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came by for a 3pm lunch family day from Ottawa due to a recommendation from friends. Food was impeccable however I believe there was a staff shortage yesterday with only 2 staff and a kitchen boy helping. Only got to try a single glass of wine for the entire hour and a half being there until we decided to leave as we noticed many patrons also didn’t receive wine after an hour being there, or even have their orders taken. The server mentioned most of the wines by the glass on the menu were out of stock, and they were out of sparkling water.. was a bizarre visit. The entire time we were wondering where the owner/ management was to help these 2 poor staff girls if they were short staffed to limit tables/patrons entering since they were unable to provide proper service to us all.
B	Bananz ! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read great reviews but didn’t find find the same experience. Pros: Ambience was lovely, good wines. Cons: over priced, service was lack lustre, night in question they had run out of cocktails (?!) with exception of 1, charged 5$ for tiny plate of toast that looked like Melba bread. Like a first date date, it’s cool to try it out once.
A	Ashley S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been wanting to try Piquette for a long time since it’s in our neighbourhood. We just went for a drink. I had a nice glass of bubbly and my partner had a cocktail. The drinks were good and fair priced and the staff was friendly and helpful. The thing that left a bad taste in our mouths was the sparkling water. I saw that they serve sparkling in an Ikea water container and took it from on tap so I assumed when they asked sparkling or still that they were both complimentary. I’ve been down the street to Hello 123 and they do the same but it’s complementary. When the bill came they charged $8.00 for the bottle of sparkling water. I’m fine with paying that if I know ahead of time but to see the surprise on the bill isn’t great. They should let people know that it’s an up charge since the price is not listed anywhere. It’s still a really nice ambiance and I’m happy we tried it but would just prefer them being more upfront about the costs.
J	Julian Gray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ah oui. C’est tres bon! ?had the bread and shallot infused butter with a generously poured red wine. Will come back for the fondue and some of the other attractive menu options. Great for a date, an anniversary or just a nice night out with friends.

Drinks and the wine...oh, the wine!!! It did not disappoint. Oh, grab a spot on their back patio -- it's the most magical little garden.
