A special thank you to Sean as he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Had an absolute A+ experience as a newcomer to the world of motorcycling. Definitely check this place out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has a comfortable feel and well stocked inventory. Quite unlike the glitzy and characterless “showrooms”, Town Moto is a throwback to a time when shops had personalities. Given that they cater to a segment known for rather strong personalities, the store ambience works rather well!
The staff is friendly and well informed. As novice gear buyers, we did not feel pressured or overwhelmed. We will be returning to Town Moto for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some oil and an oil filter wrench and they were shipped very fast. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong oil, but their response was very generous. To rectify the issue, they shipped the correct oil at no charge and allowed me to keep the incorrect bottle. Customer service on point.
Town Moto has always been an awesome store to visit every time I drop by Toronto and I can't wait to go back to see them in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strangely the closest place to the water that sells 10W40 in a pinch?! I walked in wearing a wet life-jacket, they took me in anyways. Steel Town Garage Co. has a similar style to match this place if you visit the Hammer. Thanks for having what I needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an adorable place with very friendly staff. I knew what I was there for, the staff found it quick. While waiting for the staff to get my size from the back I got to hear another member of the staff helping a new nervous rider. This staff member was very patient and friendly, answering all this person's questions, and making good, knowledgeable, recommendation. This actually put a smile on my face.
In my whole life I've never have such a good experience in any gear shop. I'll be returning for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this shop. It’s incredible how much merch, gear and parts they can carry in such a small/boutique shop. I even drove from over an hour away just to check it out. The community and culture of this place is apparent. I received outstanding customer service and attention even while the store was very busy and only 2 employees working at the time. As a new rider I wasn’t sure what to expect but they we’re patient, gave me excellent advise and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I picked up some awesome new gear including a helmet, jacket, pants and footwear. I can recommend this shop without hesitation and I will certainly be back. Thanks to everyone at Town Moto for a great experience.
