J	Joseph Asfaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ place is a sham. They let people bribe their way in front of lines, bribe cashiers to get multiple units of the same product... not fair at all. Owner is in on it, workers are in on it. I would suggest LIVESTOCK over this place. Wait in line for 2 hours just to see MULTIPLE people walking out with 10+ of the same shoes, people budding in line and bribing.
C	Cory St-Gelais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult returns (hard to get the shipping label on time, need to email back and forth, have to pay for return shipping). Once returned they sent the shoes back to me because there was tape on the box. Should have checked the other reviews before buying here.

Emailed them over and over again to get updates on my order only for them to send vague replies about how they are "looking into it" but would never go beyond that for weeks. Felt like I was honestly getting scammed it was the weirdest thing. Ended up getting refunded cause my order wasn't in stock after over a month. Would not buy from here lol
Y	Yonathan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a pair of shoes and asked for a cancellation due to a mistake made before they shipped it and they denied my request. They sent the pair out and offered no help afterwards. A week later I ordered a high demand pair of shoes and they cancelled my order for no reason. Interesting they couldn't do that the first time with the pair I didn't actually want. Customer service is extremely unhelpful. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I have bought everything from shoes to clothing to shoe protector/cleaner with little to no issues in the past. I purchased a jacket from here recently and then saw it online at 2 different Canadian stores for significantly less. I checked their website before calling and it says they do price match so I called them, I was told that they only price match from their other stores(?) I was confused as to why they would promote offering price matching but only from their own store. The person on the phone laughed as I asked questions and that kind of sealed the deal for me.
