★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get most of your gaming needs here unless you're a hardcore PC Gamer. PS5's sell out quick so of they have one, I would suggest to pick it up. Lots of gamer accessories, clothing, POP figures, art, hats, keychains and even board games. Don't expect the staff to greet you, they gather around the till and stay busy chatting with each other. When I was here it appeared they had Nintendo Switch in stock, with lots of games.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been coming here for years and they've never failed me. Went in today just to browse as I was doing a little retail therapy. I ended up buying a few things and Charlotte totally understood my motive. The fact that it has been over a year since I was able to browse the store definitely brought me some sense of normalcy. I also really liked that I saw some familiar faces which meant that despite everything this past year and half this location still felt like home to me.

I didn't realize I could check it all out online until after all of my calling.
Although all of the staff were friendly on the phone, only one of them went out of their way to do more. Carolyn at this location checked multiple loctaions/alternative items to help me.
Greatly appreciate it Carolyn, I hope you are recognized for doing more than others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly and unhelpful. Wouldn’t offer price protection within the 30 days. Called their head office and they just said go to another location and price protection was no issue there. Staff like to power trip on the store policy rather than be consumer friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friend of mine was having trouble getting her damaged controller refunded. One of the employees was kind enough to exhaust every option available to try and figure out how she can get the information required to authorize the refund. Very impresses with the customer service and how she went above and beyond for us. Give all your staff a raise because they're keepers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miserable staff. I went into the store thinking "I'll spend my money locally instead of purchasing through Amazon" yet the treatment I received from the staff was far from welcoming. Whoever appeared to be the manager was very rude and unpleasant. I'm not someone who looks for hypocritical cheerful interactions but a little respect to your customers is the least you could provide. Definitely not coming back here ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pickup was fast and easy. Huge selection of video games. 15 year old me would have been like... well... a kid in a candy shop. Or a kid in a video game store. If I had more time, I would have loved to take a longer look around the store. Would definitely visit again the next time I purchase and pickup in store.
