★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a poor store. They could not process a price protection claim because the customer had purchased the printer online using PayPal. As if PayPal, a payment strategy the source offers, would mess up what should be a seamless transaction so said customer Service when I phoned. They could not do anything. They wanted me to call customer service again now for the third time to get some satisfaction. I was at the store on Friday and was turned away by the general manager. I attended on Sunday and spent an hour there in futility. I won't shop at the source again. When my printer arrives in the mail I will bring it back to the store and return it for my refund and say goodbye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have much items there.. I mean much items that are seen in online.. In my opinion source is a main competitors of best buy. And we have only Source in Portage la Prairie. So, if we don't find the products in this store. We may buy the same product online from Winnipeg, but it can be from Source or it can be from Best Buy which is little bit more cheaper.
