Today I went into my Best Buy to buy two TVs and a laptop for my new office, after waiting 25 mins to get help, a young gentleman finally came over, I asked if he had any of the TVs I was interested in stock he said no and walked away and went back on his phone! I have bought all my Eletronics from Best Buy and buy all my Cleint's TVs as gift from Best Buy, after today and that level of service I feel i have to take my money somewhere else, it was very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

I’ll be honest and say this place is decent. It has more stuff, but also expensive. Bought some stuff before, I just recommend buying from Amazon.

Brought my laptop to Best Buy Geeksquad. DON'T. They wiped out my hard drive and everything on my laptop after I specifically told them not too. All that my laptop needed was a fan. I received 4 different calls after the initial diagnostics and they kept adding more and more stuff they wanted to do to the laptop which I new was just a way to try to get more money from me. After bringing the laptop home it's still overheating and it's basically a bare shell because they erased everything on it. Pathetic. They should be shut down by some type of Consumer Protection Agency. They will add work to the electronic devices that doesn't needed to be done to charge you more money, and when you bring the device back it will still have the problem that you had in the first place with the device. Never bring any of your computers, cell phones, laptops, tablets to Bestbuy Geeksquad they're a big rip off.

Today i was buy Go PRO 9 , i ask explain what is that who is work they don’t know what is that just 1 person he is name andrew help me . I can’t understand if they don’t know why they wants work best buy and they try help people NO PROFESSIONAL!! And don’t know what is that how use Thank you best buy !! Keep going like that , this location really don’t know technology ..

Excellent customer service. I have been shopping at this location for years, no other store comes close to the level of customer service at stockyards. Employees are always eager to help. Sending a shout out to Edward who helped me out on my last 2 trips. Thanks Stockyards Best Buy team

THIS IS DUPLICATE BESTTTTT BUY STORE. PLEASE DON’T VISIT. They don’t follow what is mentioned on their website. They don’t even listen to their own customer service agent. Today we visited a best buy store in Toronto ( 10 old stock yard rd. Toronto ON M6N5G8 )to have our gift cards merged. And in their website it was mentioned to visit any best buy store and the associate will do it for us. When we went there and told them to do it. The associate said that he don’t know if store do it, than he said that their store don’t do it, and accused us of fraud. We told him that we have all receipts everything. than we ask for manger he was not calling him. Than we called their customer service they told us that we can show the policy to their manager and he will do it. We went to their associate and told him this. He again said we don’t do and than we again told him that we want to speak to their manager. Than a man came his tag was mentioned as lead. He claim to be manager and talk very rudely to us. Very very rudely and my call was on with their customer service so it is recorded on their end as well.

Alicia from Wireless department is so awesome! Me and my bf came in today to see if we can add a device in our Rogers plan and for how many times I’ve contacted Rogers Alicia whose from Best Buy was the only one that truly helped us with our issue. She was able to get a hold of the head quarters to assign my bf as the authority for his account with me and although it took some time Alicia was very patient, thorough and explained to us in detail what the process is! This is what costumer service is about! Helping consumers to reach what they’re looking for! She even callRogers herself to double check everything! You’re one of a kind Alicia! You made me miss having the in person to person service during this unprecedented time of the pandemic! All the best to you!!!! - Rose and Aries
