★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of parking space the store is massive a big fully stocked great staff and friendly staff. Bathroom clean wheelchair accessibility. highly recommend coming to the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give zero stars I would. Came here to a get just a spray mop, online said there was 23 in stock. Arrived and there was none. Asked 2 employees to help me, went around looking for 15 mins. Then they called someone get to get a lift to get it off the top high shelf. They should’ve gotten a forklift because there was other boxes on top of the box we needed. They got some tiny lift machine instead. Then the guy said he has to come back down but the lift got stuck. By then I’ve already been waiting 45 mins. I ended up just telling them I don’t need it and check Canadian Tire instead, thanked them for their time. But honestly it was frustrating experience and wasted so much of my time as I had other errands to run too. Don’t say on your online store & in store system that there’s stock when there isn’t.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borrowed a car and drove across town because posted holiday hours said they were open on Good Friday. Someone didn’t bother updating google. They closed. I’m annoyed.

It's definitely isn't the biggest garden center that I've been to and their selection is a little on the small side but they do have a very good selection of essentials. Every once in awhile I like to come to this place instead of the other across the street. I like to share my business with everyone ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a hood range and found one at a great price. One of the store associates saw us looking and asked if we needed help. They quickly helped us decide and we left really happy with our purchase. However, we didn't check that we needed to buy lights separately and had to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service by caring and knowledgeable staff. I’ve seen many impatient and frustrated customers and the staff handled the situation very well. Ive dealt with a very very delayed washer/dryer delivery during early covid days but head office called me to apologize and update me. Today I fulfilled an online order with very attentive staff. I’ve been to Home Depot and their customer service is terrible and the staff don’t seem to know or care about the products or services. Great service - small store feel even though it’s a massive store.

He went above & beyond in assisting my wife/I. He was patient & understanding & listened to what we wanted/needed. He took the time to educate me on what I was buying. I saw him doing so with several other customers too & always with a smile! He takes pride in his job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Pro program is awesome, I used 5% discount and $30 off for the shipment. The staff are amazing. The store receives five star from me only because of Marcelle. She guided me to open the account, receive the discount, helped me for choosing what I was looking for and arranged an appropriate shipment.
I will definitely visit this location and specifically Marcelle, in my further RONA purchases.
