I just bought my first plant, this Monday Feb 14th, and came to him with ten+ questions. He answered all of them with patience, passion, and beautifully-clear instructions. I’m in awe and appreciative on how supportive he was and definitely love that there are passionate and helpful employees such as him! Thanks for making my valentine gift ready to rock.
M	Matthew H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely located with great deals. Employees are friendly and provide great advice on your project. Just ask! 2-3 cuts free. Although, they would do well to have some bike parking! I often have to lock my cargo bike to one of the plant racks outside.

With not having to say too much other than I need help to take the damaged cabinet out of my car, he didn’t hesitate to grab a cart, take the cabinet out of my car, take it in, grab a new one and remove the cardboard so that he can easily fit the new one in my car. He made the exchange painless and all in less than 15 minutes. Thank you Darius. We were initially not happy to open the box and find the cabinet damaged but having you assist me made my evening

He assisted us before with our refrigerator and so when we saw him again, we knew we were in good hands. He is always honest and gives the best advice and outlook in regards to each product. He takes the time to explain and compare models and really looks out for his customers. Highly recommend Kris/Chris. Super patient and answered all of our questions and concerns.

I bought a mini-fridge recently which was on sale. They gave me a 4 hr window over phone, the delivery guys were kind enough to call me 1 hour before they were on their way and carried it up one long flight of stairs. Great service- love them !

He has experience in carpentry but hasn’t worked in along time. We went to Home Depot to rent and purchase the necessary tools and items we would need. One of the items we rented was a Ball sander to remove the old varnish and stain. As you can see in the picture it was NOT successful. The ball sander was old and the job proved to hard for it to complete. We went back with the old ball sander the next day where an employee (after the fact) recommended the Belt sander and said it would get the job done in one go smh .. not sure why they would allow us to rent the expensive/useless ball sander if you have a newer better belt sander available. That’s the reason for my 3 star review. That and the fact the prices for everything was extremely expensive; According to my dad who had been a customer before I was born lol.. you can imagine his face when he saw the price of things that used to be cents in his day. I’ve also added pictures of the floor before and after and some of the paints we chose for the walls.

Well, I called this Stockyard store and confirmed there were actually 55 units in stock. This was only after I showed up at the Wicksteed Ave store an hour earlier and discovered that the 15 in stock appearing on the website was not to be found. My sweetie loves caring for her indoor plants. In order to minimize the chance of running out of this seasonal potting soil, I loaded 3 bags into the shopping cart. The self checkout station was convenient and easy to use. A happy wife adds to a happy life!
