★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order two weeks ago and, apparently, it is still not shipped. I've attempted to email without success. I have phoned several times to enquire but each time I'm shuttled by voice mail and left waiting for a customer service representative. When finally, it starts to ring for a representative, the call is never answered and eventually disconnects. This has happened to me four times. I guess I can contact my credit card and stop payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to come here to buy flowers. It is not close to my home, and there are many beautiful flower shops nearby. Run so far to consume flowers. When I just paid, a black woman of about 60 years old. ???Actually told me that I will not charge for your flower service.No explanation is very rude and impolite. It makes me very embarrassed. ????What do other uninformed guests think of me? Because I am Asia ? So she don't want charge for spending my flowers? Another lady is very friendly and told me that she is allergic, but she will help me for pay it. Homedepot if the training collector can not work for clients . Why not set up more automated cash registers. Are there rude people who are unwilling to serve people?
To buy flowers in my garden is to have a good mood. Not to meet a rude employee who doesn't want to work. And sent her unhappiness to me.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Home Depot is Home Depot. Mostly has everything you need. But the best thing about this location is the working personal. Very friendly and very helpful. They hear what you need and sometimes give you advice on how to do it better :)
