B	Brendan Da Costa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a plant online for pickup because Chive Plant Shop had some great reviews. I drove into Toronto from Thornhill when my order was ready. When I arrived, the store manager informed me that the store's policy required masks or face coverings inside. I informed her that I have a medical exemption to which she replied by offering me a mask or conducting our transaction outside (it was about -10C and I had to buy a pot anyhow). In the end, we agreed to a refund. I appreciate that businesses have had a hard time throughout this pandemic but violating the Ontario Human Rights Code is never acceptable. I'm sure that Chive will continue to thrive—pun intended—but I cannot patronize a business that displays such flagrant disregard for human rights and dignity. I wish them well and hope that they reassess their priorities and values as a fixture in their community.

They have a very wonderful pots collections that will definitely add a toutch to your place. All plants look fresh and very well cared. The price is reasonable. I really highly recommend this shop for anyone look for a wonderful plant.

He expressed immediate empathy concerning the yellow parking ticket slip I was folding up to put away in my wallet - which I appreciated. I found his genuine polite nature, welcoming and I was immediately interested in asking his recommendations for my new plant purchase. The store has great vibes, high quality plants and planter options. They’re definitely on the higher end of plants, accessories with prices articulating the level of service and quality. It’s refreshing to visit a retail store and receive such excellent service. I definitely recommend Chive. I’m planning to sign up for a plant course that have at the shop.
