The store which I originally purchased them from after 3 attempts, could not properly adjust my glasses. I was helped by Lorenzo who is incredible at his job, very kind and helpful. He adjusted both pairs correctly, at no cost and told me to come back any time. This will be my new go to for glasses in the future.

I received a warm welcome and amazing service from Spectacle, who repaired my glasses free of charge, in 15 minutes! Janet is a miracle worker!! I'll definetly return to pick up a new pair.
M	Melissa Gallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of Barton P sunglasses on Dec 9th with the understanding that I would have the progressive lenses filled after I returned from vacation. The next day I decided I did not like the frames and therefore left them at home as I did not have time before my flight to choose another pair. I returned to the shop on Dec 26th and asked to exchange the sunglasses for a pair of “computer or working progressives”. I was fitted with a pair of Celine glasses which cost $800+. I handed the Barton’s to the optician and indicated that I would like to exchange them for the Celine’s. She then convinced me to keep them for a longer period to “think about it”. When my son went to pick up the Celine’s and return the Barton’s, the same optician told him “no refunds - sorry”. She handed him the Celine’s and refused to take the Barton’s. This constitutes misleading sales practice, and misrepresentation of the return policy by the optician. This outcome is not in line with our verbal agreement. I will be filing a complaint in due course.

Upon each visit I've received immediate attention, amazing service as well as top-notch recommendations on frames to which I've received many compliments. I've dealt with different employees on each visit and all have been really, really great. I am a big fan and suggest others check it out as well, overall an outstanding shop. Definitely my go-to.

I was attended right away and was given plenty of time to make my decision what glasses to choose. I have to add that this was one of the hardest choices I had to do in long time. Their selection is so amazing and you might like more than one, that is for sure. The spectacle personnel, however, is so patient and professional and will help you to make the best choice. I am very glad I went and will visit again.

Not only was the young lady who served me extremely friendly and helpful, but she replaced both of my frame pads within five minutes and didn't charge for the service! Thank you very much. For local customers, you should check them out, I'm confident you won't be disappointed.
