Absolutely BEST EXPERIENCE!! From the best greeting to the best services!! Will DEFINITELY be coming back for all my eye needs and RECOMMENDING TO LITERALLY EVERYONE I KNOW!!! (plus the glasses case and the glass glass cleaner bottle is soooo cute??) LITERALLY living for my glasses!!

First time shopping here and I loved the style and how fast they were at making my glasses however….I asked if they gave lens cleaner w/new glasses and he pointed toward a shelf saying no we don’t give lens cleaner but you can feel free to purchase from us $15 or whatever it was (also steep for the cleaner it seemed). Slightly turned off…most eye glass places provide you with complimentary cleaner as a courtesy when you purchase glasses from them . I mean I can’t speak for all…but I’ve worn glasses all my life and I’ve never once ordered frames and not been given cleaner with them ??? And told its seperate (with a smile) as if what I asked was super weird or something..Now I question if I have to go in again are they gonna tell me the same thing about if I say…need to tighten my glasses or anything else? Will they ask me to pay $10 to adjust them for me. If people come in and spend money it’s a courtesy to at least give them a bottle of cleaner with their purchase esp since your competition ..pretty much all other places doesn’t typically have any issue with this. Not sure if I’ll buy from here again that was quite a turn off.. but the glasses I was satisfied with. This tho?? Just makes me feel not valued as a client with them if they worry about charging for a cleaner when you buy to save money or whatever their reason is glasses cleaner with purchase loll. I mean it’s a small thing but like I said have never boughten glasses and bot given a courtesy bottle of cleaner with purchase with the eye glass place logo and such. I get we’ve fallen on hard times too but hey…..other companies are willing to treat clients with value so. Likely won’t come back just from this small…but kind of ridiculous try to get an extra $10 from you even tho you spent hundreds with us thing. Bad.

Great, friendly staff. I went in needed repairs and they were done perfectly within 15 minutes with no charge. I've bought multiple pairs (sunglasses, daily Rx glasses, and blue light filter+Rx glasses) and have always been impressed! Strong reccommend.

I can absolutely recommend Ollie Quinn. I've been at the Queen Street West location and everyone was absolutely wonderful - starting from my eye exam to picking out glasses and sunglasses. I've been there a couple of times before deciding which glasses I liked (they have a huge selection) and the Employees were so patient and helpful, letting me try on as many frames as I liked. If you are looking for high quality glasses, a relaxed and friendly atmosphere - go to Ollie Quinn!

Eduardo, the optician at this location was so pleasant and helpful. He fixed my broken glasses, offered me a comfortable place to wait and got me some water to drink. I came in very stressed and left feeling so much better and well-taken care of. I will definitely return for more services from him in the future.

I have always had such a positive experience at Ollie Quinn - Queen St W. I have purchased a few frames from here over the years. Each time, Edo has been so patient and helpful when deciding on the right frame. He always directs you to a variety of options based on my preferences. Also, any time I have needed my frames adjusted it's always been a seamless process of coming in, waiting five minutes, and then you have a good as new frame. If you're looking for good quality with a reasonable budget I couldn't recommend this shop enough.

First time ordering glasses and my experience was amazing! The manager and Erica (from ossington store) were both extremely helpful and accommodating. Super simple process and direct billed my insurance company so no out of pocket costs! Got my glasses a few days after I placed the order and I’m in love. Will be recommending to all my friends and family!

The staff here are so accommodating, welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly!! The prices are super reasonable and there's a great selection of frames. Also, my glasses were ready after only a couple days, which was great :) This is my new go-to place for glasses/contacts in the city. Highly highly recommend!
