If I knew about this place earlier, I would have gone here for a complete eye exam instead of going to LensCrafters/Dr. Chung & Associates inside Eaton Centre (please do not go there if you want to save your time and money) as I received shipped to my address my prescription contacts in about a week without paying for shipping, all while they charged me less than half of what I was getting charged at other locations! Friendly and fast service in store!

On the day of the appointment, it was a very standard process as with many other modern eye clinics. Dr. Lee was very kind and professional, and took the time to answer any questions I had. Afterwards, Jordan helped me navigate the store and answer any further questions I had. When I was ready, it was just a matter of signing on to my Clearly account and ordering the pair of glasses I wanted. I also appreciated Jordan's patience in helping me check various offers and seeing which one was most cost-effective for me. I also wanted to thank the receptionist (forgot her name) for helping me get set up the moment I stepped into the store. Overall, my experience was great and I'm another happy customer!

The optometrist who did my exam was excellent, and the optician, Parvaneh, was excellent. She spent a bunch of time to make sure I got the best deal possible while also finding glasses with everything I needed (blue light blocking, anti-fog, and a large enough frame size to accommodate a strong prescription). She also has great taste and will give good advice on what suits your face shape. If you go, definitely ask for her! Also, Valerie at the front desk was great and super helpful!

He wears prescription and I do not and this review is on his behalf and my own notes on customer service. They have quite a bit of selection to choose from, very easy to work with, great products (my husband has always been pleased) and customer service has always been excellent- funny enough all our interactions have been with Jack. He was always patient, efficient and the prices have been very reasonable. Definitely will continue to come back!

Covid protocols were satisfying and the level of customer service was great. Jack was great to deal with and was very knowledgeable of the products and what I might be interested in. He was easy to talk to and handle the whole experience from start to finish.

My eyes had changed enough to shop around for new glasses(2). I came away with two pairs (transition and standard lenses). The staff were pleasant, informed, and showed genuine interest finding the right glasses for my needs. An employee by the name of Jack was particularly knowledgeable about pricing options and patient when it came time to searching for the right frames. We spent 20-30 minutes filtering down frame size, shape, colour-way, transitions, etc. Eventually we landed on two pairs at a great price. The customer experience was top notch, I am certain that Jack will make a great manager one day at Clearly or elsewhere! Thank you! :)

Peter the store manager helped me out and was very knowledgeable and honest. I ended up very happy with two pairs for $228! Plus for every purchase the give a free pair to someone in need. Overall a fantastic experiance, thanks Peter!
