The stores in the mall that are smaller than Brandy have a store capacity of over 15 people. Also, they never even let 5 people in?? There are always only 3-4 people in the store. and PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, if you're going with a bf, mother or somebody else that isn't planning on purchasing anything, TELL THEM TO WAIT FOR YOU OUTSIDE. We stood there waiting for 30 minutes for a girl and her boyfriend to walk around the store while he just stood there holding her. clothes. If you don't want anything desperately, the two hour line is not worth the wait
N	Nadia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ open the fitting rooms covid is done this is a one size fits all store prior to the pandemic I would take things into the fitting think they would fit me perfect and then they would have the most awkward look ever. and i thought it would look nice the store has one size only and they should accommodate to the fact that there’s only one location in the entire province in case you need to exchange there’s no returns and u only has 14 days I guess they don’t really care that much about their business if it’s doing so well but it would be nice if we could open the fitting room for customers who have shopped here for a while :)

I suggest that if you need to come here plan for at least an hour in line - seriously! I didn’t even go in as the clothes aren’t for me, but members of our group stayed the course and went in. 10 people can go in at a time, for a specified amount of time. The more you know!

Fake voice mail if you call saying that they cannot hear you then they hang up.Called their store in montreal (helpful staff there) and they could not reach anyone from Toronto. Then Montreal called me back saying to forget it. Store would provide not open. Huge waste of time and big dis d’appontement for my daughter who was first in ljne for once. Terrible way to treat your clients. Other people in line said there is always something going on with that store (queen st).
a	amanda ruiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there was no lineup on the weekday i went on. the staff was super friendly and greeted me at the door (which i wasn’t expecting based on some of these reviews). i was asked if i needed help while shopping, and the cashier promptly checked me out as soon as i got in the line up. overall 10/10 experience. cute clothes, the sweetest girls, and everything was super organized and aesthetically pleasing ☁️

Honestly we arrived before opening and waited 1.5 hours to get in, yes that sucked but you cannot blame a store for being hugely popular and also having to follow Covid protocols. We expected to wait and it was fine. The store and staff were great and we left with my 11 year old on cloud nine and ecstatically happy! She must have thanked me a hundred times that day for her new clothes! Well worth the wait!

I will admit I was afraid of going after seeing some of these reviews, but my experience reflects none of them. I went on a Wednesday afternoon with my daughter and there was no lineup. The young lady at the door greeted us very sweetly and let us know the fitting rooms were closed. I asked about the exchange policy and I was kindly told what it was. I asked for help from one of the associates to locate a shirt my daughter wanted and she went above and beyond to help us out. A very pleasant shopping trip, I would for sure recommend to go on a weekday to avoid the crazy line ups.
