Nobis profits off the bodies of many species to fill their jackets (feathers) and line the hood with fur trim. Unacceptable business model in 2022. Do better. Wuxly, Noize and Save the Duck are a few ethical companies that don’t use nonhuman animals - as it should be.
F	Fur Free on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous treatment of animals and customers alike. No wonder they don’t have any trouble using the skin of sentient beings for profit. They treat humans terribly as well. Watch out for your skin if you happen to walk into their store. Better yet, don’t even go in. Better to buy from a compassionate and forward thinking company like Noize and Wuxly, great quality and better prices as well.

Most of the major designers have gone fur free - why not Nobis? The fur industry is cruel to the animals and terrible for the environment. Need warm clothing for Toronto? Try other brands like Wuxly for cruelty free warmth. :)

Be compassionate and drop fur. Show your customers you can still be warm but not use the fur and feathers off of animals who feel pain just like us. It is much more affordable, beautiful and compassionate to go furfree. Try Wuxly and Nobis. Just Google cruelty-free jackets, tons to pick from.

We were shipped the wrong size, but Lucy called to apologize for the error and was able to rectify the issue, and even left a kind note to show their appreciation. I would say their in-person shopping experience is superior to their online experience. The team at the store are super helpful, professional and friendly! Lucy and team definitely turned this situation around for me and I can say I would shop in-store again.

I would like to especially thank Doreen for her great service and quick turnaround. We bought a jacket that had quality control and brought it back, Doreen was able to quickly order and ship me a new one within three days. Love your products and will definitely refer more family and friends to your store.
J	Jarinder Dhillon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/5 is too high for this company. They are a fake luxury brand. Customer Service is abysmal, and issues they've had from reviews over a year ago still exist. I ordered a jacked and it came with a Nobis label upside down. Many people I asked immediately said it was a FAKE. I tried to reach out to them with no response. Finally after a couple weeks someone reached back (after my third method of contact) and their response was even worse. This jacket was purchased for my dad for Christmas. He was the only one this year who did not receive anything. I asked for options and they provided me an ultimatum, keep the jacket or return it. Eventually a director messaged and advised he could provide a 10% discount and that was it since I already applied a coupon code to the jacket. Nobis prior to Black Friday had the Johan jacket selling for $995 on their website and decided to increase the price to $1295 and add a "coupon". This is a complete scam of a company who can afford to pay celebrities to wear their jackets but not take care of the every day consumer. If you want a true luxury experience, stay away!!!!!
