★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two people that worked here at night; told me once that they had to close this location to clean up. They took more than hour and when I came back the black that works here asked to leave after had coming back when they told me. As now, I can hear them horsing around. and I am wondering if they are going to close for hours again to get their unofficial BREAK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giirl working the counter didnt want to take my order I had to ask her twice if I can order food. She just periodically sat on her phone and stared up. Scoffed at my order, built the burger on dirty stainless. You know when you can tell someone doesnt like their job? Its also taken her 20 minutes.. do better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All is good. Food quality is definitely better then MacDonalds. But my burger was made without any thoughts.. I mean just look at that image lol..
Waiting time comparing to other places is also not bad. The only few issues i encountered is food flys and not katchup machine working. They seem a little bit under staff but can definitely understand why they don't hire more people for night shifts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just happy it's open late, is right off spadina and that it's an a&w but I hate actually going in and eating here. It's always full of children/drunk teens and I have to wait 35 mins to make an order.
I feel for everyone who work nights at this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service from staff is extremely underwhelming. The woman who works there during the early mornings is very rude, no matter how nice you are to her lol. But I personally find A&W doesn't really fail on fresh hot food so I can always count on this location to deliver the same A&W quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small location with a self order checkout available. Just your typical fast food chain restaurant. Went to try the new breakfast sandwich. It was okay, the taste felt like it was missing something.
Limited seating and I can imagine it can get pretty packed.
