★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a few J's over the years. It's a top rate Nike and Jordan retailer. Also a good selection of first string converse. Sales a few times a year are decent. Has a boutique feel to the place. Service can be aloof like the others have said. Free pick up option at the store for online orders is convenient. Free shipping though is now more common as the min purchase to qualify is $80.

Unfortunately website/store stock isnt always updated so you have to go in to find out anything.

I can't believe they can still run this business with their customer service. The worst shopping experience ever and hope you do not get deceived by these scammers.

I had such a terrible experience I decided to head over here and leave a review and I was shocked to see so many people have a very similar experience. Overselling items at this rate for a boutique shop is not a matter of their ecommerce but simply terrible management. And the fact that they first off need 7 business days to ship, no follow up if they don't unless you reach out and then to find out 14 business days after my purchase that they can't fulfill me order is awful. Needless to say the shoes I ordered are now out of stock elsewhere as well. Terrible experience and I highly recommend avoiding them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO stars. Literally the worst of the worst. They will accept your order then ghost you every single time you make the mistake of ordering from them. You will contact them, they will eventually reply, and your items will be out of stock. This isn't a boutique sneaker shop, it's pretty much a scam. How they have fallen from that cool boutique on Spadina back in the day. Now? Run, don't walk, from Livestock.
