However, as of lately working so much running household and kids family friends engagements I’m finding little too no time to shop or spend the time to think about food. I’ve been weighing in on ordering chefs plate for a couple years now and finally did it, and am I so glad I did Box arrived in the afternoon and we were good to go. I am super impressed with how fresh the groceries are. Super impressed with the packaging quality, instructions are easily to understand along with vivid pictures. The food is flavourful which was a concern for ordering from the beginning for me. They have totally ? hit the mark. I will be sharing this with others so they can see how amazing it is. I also love the quantity of food as we ordered 4 orders for 4 days and even have left overs so for me this was a big WIN. Looking forward to next weeks meals. Thank you again. It’s saved us so many nights from heading out for dinner as it’s right there and ready to go! Love trying new foods, and the whole family enjoys these meals! S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like some of the meals in their manu and the instructions are easy to follow. The food usually taste good as they have good spices. However, if you don’t want to order regularly, you need to deactivate after everything you order. If you forget to skip, you’ll get the box even if you’re away. Remember to skip or deactivate if you don’t want to order that for a while because they’ll choose the meals and usually they choose the worst ones which are so easy to make.

And I always have something interesting to share with guests or extras for lunch. I have go-to selections but it's also fun to order a recipe I wouldn't normally and I'm never disappointed.

I am a single person so the option of two recipes a week for two people provides me with the right amount of food each week. I also watch my portions so the meals stretch the entire week. The other companies offered a 3 recipe for 2 people minimum so I found I was wasting food with the other companies. Food is so dear these days, wasted food is the last thing I want to see. I still skip weeks. Having a meal kit service helps me to budget better. When I go out on my own I buy too much. I’ve been trying for health reasons to have a mainly plant based diet. I am a good cook but have not been exposed to many veggie ideas. Chefs Plate has a great selection of vegetarian options and is providing me with variety and ideas. As I said, I am a good cook so I don’t always cook by the script on the recipe card. Lovely fresh ingredients are there, I use the idea and do my own thing. For example, I may barbecue pizza dough rather than bake it as per the instructions. Still great results. My favourite meals so far are the Sweet Potato sushi bowl, curried chickpea homemade flatbreads and the meat option - the bun-less Turkey bruschetta burger
C	Chantal Gasior on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a big fan of Chef's Plate but poor customer service and support has led to me to wanting to never support them again. The first time I had an issue with Chef's Plate was when an order of mine was stolen. They would not refund me the money back, but offered to send a new box. I said this didn't make sense, as I ran the risk of having the replacement box stolen as well and receiving no compensation. I decided to proceed to cancel my subscription until I could better arrange to receive my orders. The second time I tried Chef's Plate was disappointing. The first box I ordered was received well, my second box had every meal affected by rotten tomatoes and potatoes they shipped me. The first meal I did not think much but when I ended up with no side for the second meal due to the rotten food, I was quite upset. I went and checked the remaining meal at that time and confirmed it too had rotten food. I called your customer service around dinner time and you had no agents to assist. These meals are made for dinners, why do you have no agents at dinner time? Same story with their live chat. I've also messaged them on social media with no acknowledgment. If you're trying to sell a program to the people that doesn't save them money and they can already do for themselves what you're doing, you need to do better.
