Ordered the Macro bowl through HungerHub, with chicken, quinoa, and spinach, with cilantro jalapeno dressing. Chicken breast was terribly overcooked, to the point of being stringy and dry, and left unseasoned. Decent portion of spinach and quinoa. They must have replaced the "jalapeno" in the dressing with vinegar because that's all I could taste. Would not order again.

Nice big space to work or chill. Friendly staff, especially if you are a regular, you will yourself having a conversation with them if it’s not too busy. I like the drinks: coffees, shakes, juices; the broth, and the gelatin gummies. The food isn’t the best for the price. The salad is not always fresh and portions not very filling. I recommend it for a nice break or even a good work period. The have many plugs for your electronics. Sunday pre Covid mornings were the best time to hit Impact.

If you want healthy and quick food to go - this is a great choice! The staff is super friendly! They kept apologizing for a couple of minutes wait, which wasn’t a big deal at all. I loved the tomato and feta toast. We also tried chicken bone broth, it was ok. We expected something more, probably because it was highly recommended by a friend. I also loved the pickled onion!

My usual smoothie place after a run. They have five types of smoothies. The Lyft smoothie is my favourite because it combines coffee with chocolate, Madjool dates, banana, and almond milk. The almond milk gives it a creamy texture, and the dates give it a gritty texture. Able to add protein if you need a meal replacement. Also like the Restore (citrus, tart, orange flavour) and Rise (blueberry, sweet flavour) smoothie. Smoothies start at $10 without add ons, a little pricey. The gluten free healthy options for treats are tasty, especially liked the protein brownie. Some of the baked goods with grains were on the dry side. Salads are always big and full or roughage. Chicken noodle soup is low on salt and missing bigger chunks of meat, but is a healthier option than other places. They also have lots of in house juice and broth options to take home. Plenty of seating indoors with both high top and regular tables. In summer there is a small patio beside the sidewalk. Service: Sometimes slow because of the multiple orders they do for take out....fun to observe the take out counter....its like watching a restaurant service counter from Hell's Kitchen but less profanity. A little busy on the weekend but also opens late until 9 pm on weeknights. I'm happy they keep the espresso machine on until close, good go to to get a late night latte. They use Pilot coffee Roasters. Can start using points and the Impact app; if you earn enough, it can go towards rewards after a while. Overall: A little pricey but has health conscious and gluten free options.

Healthy and Yummy food with generous portions. Loved the ambiance, the staff was friendly and helpful. They greeted us in and out. They also have a Merch. section and a Grab-and-Go for those in a hurry. Loved it, would definitely come again.

The Steak Power Bowl was fairly tasty, I love how spacious and clean it is too. Quick service, lots of options. Fairly pricy but I would come again for how healthy and still tasty it was

Getting There: 10/10 - streetcar drop off right in front of the restaurant. Accessibility: wheelchairs/strollers can’t get inside the restaurant, but outdoor seating is available. Food: 10/10 for variety, 10/10 for accurate descriptions of menu items making it super convenient to choose what you want to have. 10/10 for portion size and taste. Overall they’ve made me a lifetime customer!!!!

I've never seen a place that uses such high quality ingredients and list all of them for all their items on the menu. I highly recommend any of their power bowl, farmhouse skillet for breakfast or the almond protein brownie for a snack. A must for the Foodies!
