★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Icebreaker store today on the recommendation of an avid fan. We are equally avid fans as we’ve enjoyed the great performance of Icebreaker gear for many years. Updated our outdoor gear wardrobe and received a lovely surprise! Staff were knowledgeable and super friendly. We’ll be back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. Icebreaker clothing is great quality, comfortable (not scratchy), and fashionable wool. This store has a good selection of items, much more than what you’d see at a “sports store”, which usually carry a smaller stock. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly customer service. All staffs are knowledgeable in their products and you can see how passionate they are in regards to answering your questions you may have. Also, no hesitation in providing recommendations to certain items that suits your needs. I wasn't familiar with their products until I shopped at this store this past summer (2018). I've been going back there since then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my eye on the men's Descender jacket but wasn't willing to pay full retail ($230) so I waited for a sale. After waiting a couple months, it went on sale for 30% off. Yesss.
In the winter, I used it as a mid-layer and in the spring, I wore it as a sweater/jacket. It fits well (maybe a tad long) and feels like a good quality piece of clothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are knowledgeable and helpful with selecting appropriate items for what I needed. The products are high quality. These are expensive but worth it. There are some sales, call ahead to confirm if you’re going out of your way to shop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are fine, expensive for Chinese labour. Staff are bit unfamiliar with their own products. Asked about 100% wool thin layer, as I tend to have an allergic reaction to synthetic blends. First product referred to me as 100% wool was synthetic blend (read the label myself, staff just chatting among themselves). Next, told they don’t carry a thin (below 200) layer that is 100 % wool. Found a thin t-shirt that was 100% wool off the shelf by MYSELF.
