Frequently this location is packed with shoppers and clothing is disheveled. The number of styles and sizes available is also limited compared to other locations probably because the high traffic and the smaller size of this location comparatively.

I know there are stereotypes that the staff only help people who are dressed nicely, but that is not my experience at all. I have gone in there with the LEAST fashionable outfits on and I always get the same service. The staff genuinely make me feel like they want me to feel good and look good. Management here should be very proud of the staff they have trained!

Had asked for recommendations on their mid length puffers and spent a good 20+mins trying on options. Ella, the sales staff, was super attentive, friendly and patient the whole time. She helped me look up availability and kept bringing me options to help me narrow down what I was looking for. I didn’t end up buying anything sadly but the service was so great that I would go back to this branch the next time I want to shop at Aritzia. Highly recommend this branch to anyone looking.
