are heavy duty. Even when the airline broke one wheel it was replaced right away for free. The design and materials used make this the best suitcase I have ever had. Great customer service also.

โ โ โ โ โ Incredibly helpful staff. Great products. My favorite backpack of 5 years that has seen almost every continent before covid started to wear out and they were able to bring it back to life for me! Customer for life! Worth the premiums they charge.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited on morning of 21Oct21 to replace my old backpack which had a broken zipper. Salesperson was outstanding, helped me assess my options; perfect mix of help and time and distance for me to try out different bags. Ended up trading in my old bag for 20% my new one. Very happy with purchase and purchase experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Great to have one of the few Timbuk2 retail stores in Toronto. It neatly displays all of their bag options without being cluttered. Their models have distinct features and it's easy to find a bag that's the right fit for your needs. I have many of their bags in my household - all bags are high quality and will last for years.

โ โ โ โ โ I visited the store in person to return a bag that was too small while looking for a larger bag. Bonny was extremely helpful. I learned from him that I could customize my bag on the US website and send the details of my customized bag to the store so that they can order it for me. Purchasing the bag through them will save me money. Bonny was super helpful and friendly, I was glad to make the visit.

โ โ โ โ โ I went in recently to take a look at the bags and the Asian woman working there was one of the best customer service reps I have ever encountered. I feel bad that I didn't get her name but she was so warm and welcoming. She also showed me Sony bags that were totally what I was looking for without me even asking, but it really helped me my search. I would definitely recommend it this place!
