They do offer shoes providing enhanced foot support and comfort, but was surprised they only offer a very limited selection that would fit with my orthotics. I would have imagined a brand like ECCO would be able to cater to people that require special accommodation in their shoes.
Was not able to find a shoe that fits my custom orthotics nor more than 1 or 2 pairs that actually have removable in-soles.
Nonetheless, cannot deny the fact they are very comfortable as a standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve owned Ecco shoes for over 10 years. Boots, golf shoes and everything in between. My dad is also a huge Ecco fan and has many of their golf shoes. I wanted to give a shout out to the Eaton Centre team. I ordered two boots online (XPEDITION III MEN'S GTX) and (MX MEN'S MID-CUT LIGHT HIKING BOOT) and went to pick them up in the store. I realized I ordered the wrong size but it was all good. Julie found the sizes I needed and had them shipped from out of province. She really took her time with me and made sure I was happy. She processed the returns/exchanges and Sandra was an expert in helping me figure out the sizing. She taught me things about sizing I never even considered. Thank you for your time with that Sandra. Kim oversaw it all and made sure everything ran smoothly. Jenna was there as well and helped me stay on track with colour options (I can be indecisive). It’s hard to get that kind of service these days. Everything’s online and it’s rare to find an entire team that genuinely cares and wants to make the custom yeh happy. And of course, it goes without saying, the boots are super, super comfortable and stylish and warm. It’s a reliable brand period. Thanks again you all!! You know I’ll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I have needed a new pair of shoes for too long.. after doing lots of research and even buying a few pairs that didn't work I found the ones I really wanted at Ecco. I went to the Eaton Center location expecting better service and more selection. I was right about selection.. wow so many to choose and I already was more than ready to purchase as I had done so much research and even tried some on at a Winners location. I was there in an empty store for 10 min or more and didn't even get a hello, not to mention someone come help. There were 2 women there more interested in there phones or whatever to see I had been browsing for a while and clearly should be approached. Anyway I don't recommend this location. I'm hoping when I finally find another location I will be better served at a shop that is so expensive and high end. Good luck to me
