★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store on Yonge near Queen has a simple open space design plus an upper floor. I went to Urban Outfitters, hopefully to buy a pair of Fila sneakers.
Found exactly what I needed in the size I needed. The staff were helpful and conversational. They do leave you to yourself unless you need help. So when I needed help, they called and got it very quickly.
The actual price was less than expected. But if you want to join their discount program (very simple), you'll get another 10% off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the worst Urban Outfitters outlet that has existed to date. The whole company and its outlet managers are told to promote diversity and be inclusive in its hiring process. However, they manage to heavily discriminate their workers which is utterly contradictional. How can a brand promote one thing when it comes to its customers, but do the exact opposite behind closed doors to its workers who put in hours day and night? Urban Outfitters needs to closely look into the managers in its outlets as it is a breeding ground for a work-ecosystem of discrimination and a cycle of dissatisfied employees. Do better Urban Outfitters, especially this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love UO clothing, but the service at this location was disappointing. I don’t understand why the girl cashier kept chit-chatting with other stuff when there was a long line of customers waiting for check out. The cashier even forgot to take the tag off. Perfectly demonstrated how to fail doing an easy job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best shop of Toronto in my opinion because all of the All their clothes are provided with high quality and I definitely suggest you to buy from there, especially when they have special discounts. Their discounts are unique and quality products. Their prices are incredibly cheaper than usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location and when they first opened I loved it's energy and it was such a different store compared to any other.
Today, there is some hint of that same store way back.. But now I guess clothing quality and prices are different. Some cool items and edgy designs.. But the material and cost is questionable. Look at the finishing of the clothes and material ( 80% of the clothes on the racks were full polyester or high poly blend) but the prices were as if it was linen or sort of high end cotton.
Fast fashion maybe has jaded my idea of pricing but I find it so hard to justify that cost delta.
Sorry urban outfitters!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to look for a jacket for my nephew. Though this chain is clearly not targeted to me I thought it might be a good option for what I was looking for. They didn't have what I wanted, that's fine.
Merchandise quality is only marginally better than fast-fashion shops like H&M. Designs are lackluster materials on the cheap side. Don't expect things to last long.
Staff is fine, not amazing or even particularly helpful.

Whenever I need a new T-shirt Or new sweater I can always count on urban outfitters to have something cool that nobody else has. And maybe a gift or two for a friend
