★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, it's pretty expensive but the customer service is so great. You'll spend the same money at stores like Aritzia, but this store is actually worth it. I shrunk a shirt by accident and they easily did a swap for me with a brand new shirt. Pretty great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will helped me out. He was really informative and helpful with his suggestions. I tried a green shirt for the first time because of Will and I probably wouldn't have, but I look great! Some of the staff just blurt out "that looks good on you" out of habit; so that was an awkward part of my visit. Everyone was very nice, and I'll for sure be returning. Not pushy, just suggestive sales; and I'm okay with that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to do an exchange with a pair of shorts that I paid $130 for (because they didn't fit me so I needed a shorter length). They made me feel like they were doing me a favour by exchanging even though I had the tags and the receipts. Even though the shorts were the same (except for the length being shorter), the cashier made me pay 10 more dollars to do the exchange. She also told me not to change my mind and not to come back to bother her with exchanges of shorts. I feel bad saying this just because there are some employees that are very helpful and amiable. Further, the clothes themselves aren't that great of quality for what you're paying. I do love my shorts and I wouldn't return them but customer service in this store needs to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow amazing customer service from Dan and the team at Club Monaco Eaton Centre! We are in lockdown and Dan did a personal styling zoom call with us to help us pick out some items. He put items on the mannequins so we’d get a great idea on how the would fit. We did curbside pickup. Went over and beyond to help us out absolutely excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is big and they carry both women&men apparel. All the staffs were so nice but I was very touched because one of the salespeople in Club Monaco called Alvin. He was very helpful and vibrant. He constantly asks us how the clothes are , hows the size and colour etc. Also he gives his personal fashion tip and advice what goes well on the item that we have chosen. Thanks to him, I would like to shop Club Monaco's clothes at Eaton Centre only. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like club Monaco's clothing and buy a lot of their clothes, however, I had a poor customer service experience at this location. When going in for an online return, the woman who was doing the return kept giving me attitude for not being able to find the email receipt (which was never emailed to me). I understand that a receipt is necessary but at least help offer suggestions on how else I can obtain the information. In the end I problem solved by searching the order information through my online account, but the whole time the cashier huffed and puffed, and made it seem like she didn't have time to deal with this when there were literally no other customers. The extra star was for the other staff who were helpful in finding clothing for me to try on.
