Super helpful, so excited for this great development. A+++ builder with great incentives for buyers !
J	Jamie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never purchase any pre-construction from this company. Flood after 2 years Management that never takes phone calls, transfers to other department to avoid conflicts. No reply. No fix up on the deficiencies. Poor quality of the condo such as door, stairs.

I researched these developers a lot and was a bit unsure because they're a bit new but when I got to their office i was met with professionalism and ease when asking my 100's of questions. Can't wait to use the spa!

A	Alyssa Altamirano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My biggest issue with this builder is the poor communication and lack of responses as closing approaches. They don't answer e-mails or phone calls. We received the statement of funds and it is incorrect. They added on charges and want an additional $60,000 to close when we have already paid all of our deposits. Make sure you read what you're signing and don't be surprised when they ignore buyers as closing approaches. They use Bratty's LLP who is beyond unprofessional and unethical in practice. Buyers BEWARE!
S	Sharon wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my experience with Transit City condos. Very poor building quality. No guest parking and the transponder only works within a very limited range of distance. I had to back up to get the garage door open. Shower heads didn’t work from the first day we moved in and they waited 4 months to get them fixed, which only took less than 1 minute. The battery in thermostat died the first week after we moved in and two bulbs went out in the first three months.

Also check out CTV news on "Grid Condo at 181 Dundas St. E.", "Toronto tenants go weeks without air conditioning."
