R	Rhiannon Henkelman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience at Glass Monocle Eyecare! I went in because of the positive reviews just looking to have my pair of glasses repaired. The tiny screw keeping the lense in the frame had fallen out and gotten lost, and I just needed a new screw to be replaced. I believe the person helping me was named Lee - not only did they offer to fix the glasses for free, when I asked if there were spare packs of screws I could purchase in case this happens again in the future, they gave me some backup screws in a little baggy for free as well! I was in and out in about 5 minutes and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I got, considering I wasn't even purchasing anything in the store. 5 stars and thank you Lee!

He took the time to explain every aspect of the exam and my results to me and also thoroughly answered all of my questions. All of the staff here are very friendly without being pushy. Good selection of glasses, too. I'll definitely return for future eye exams and glasses.

When you find a place with an endless list of positive reviews in Toronto, you never know how accurate they'll be. However, my previous experience with buying glasses was miserable, and so I thought it was a worth a shot to try this place. Lee, who assisted me throughout, was absolutely fantastic. I wanted to try a different style than all my previous glasses, but didn't know what I was specifically looking for. They gave me suggestions that matched the ideas of what I was looking for, and some that I never would have considered without their help. I found a pair I liked but didnt like the colour; they walked me through the options. Now, for the first time in my life, I prefer how I look with glasses than without. Thank you to the team at Glass Monocle!

My second experience here, the team had missed some calls from me, but quickly made up for it, I'm grateful for everything they have done to ensure that I was taken care of. They called me and let me know that they had a few busy weeks and they apologized, immediately booked me in for my appointment and helped me with my eyes and new glasses. The staff here are unbelievably kind and accommodating. Thank you guys. I cannot wait to be able to see properly again!

Would have given 5 stars but depends on who is serving you, staff may give you a better deal than the promotion they have currently going on, just like when I got my first pair from them. Unless you end up being served by Lee tho, she doesn’t, while here I am overhearing another customer being served by someone else being offered a sweeter deal and given additional discount on top of the current promotion. Aside from that, I would still come back, the experience was good overall, I just hope I get served by someone more accommodating next time.

One lens wasn't working perfectly with my eye, and due to some travel I brought them back about six months later, the team honoured the fix and ensured the glasses were repaired on the only day I was in town that month. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on excellent customer service.

I really appreciated him taking extra time and care to help us find the perfect pair! He was particularly patient with us as we also had our infant son with us and it took us some extra time.
