Everything was explained, all questions answered and they were able to lean on their experience to help make a recommendation on which product. Installation was seamless, the crew was polite, efficient and effective. I was surprised how quickly the project came to completion (from inquiry to lay "artificial" roots!"). I really enjoyed my experience working with them and would highly recommend to someone looking at any of their services. Great work!

We contacted several companies to give us quotes based on what we wanted. Caryn the Project Manager from Echoing Green gave me a good first impression! The final price ended up being about middle of the road in comparison to other’s along with an excellent warranty. The team… John & Scott led by Kurtis were very professional & confident that we would be more than happy in the end. Also Kurtis was more than willing to discuss & work through issues or questions we had. They took good care of our property & cleaned up after each work day which we especially appreciated! We’re very happy with the final project and not only enjoy playing on it but enjoy looking at it from our deck!

She accommodated by schedule and gave me a proper on-site estimate. Caryn showed me different turf samples, and explained the whole installation process. I accepted the estimate on September 1, and my turf was installed on September 13! Amazing! The installers were professional and clean. They respected my property, and accommodated my requests. The turf looks amazing! I highly recommend this company.

Echoing green were fast to respond and provide a fair quote for our front yard (approx 500 sqft). Caryn was knowledgeable and came for a site visit to measure and answer questions before giving us the final quote and scheduled the installation for July. The installation crew was awesome and professional. They levelled our uneven front yard area, removed the top layer of soil and always ensured to clean at the end of the day. It took couple of days to complete the installation (delays due to weather) and now our kids love the turf, and can't stop playing on it. We installed the 80 plus turf. From quoting to installation, we received constant updates from Caryn, which was very helpful. Highly recommend artificial turf and the services of Echoing Green. We look forward to years of enjoyment and zero maintenance of our front yard. Bye-bye weeds!

I contacted Echoing Green amongst a few other suppliers however the others were only content to provide an online estimate from my measurements where Caryn with attention to detail scheduled a visit ( COVID protocol), took accurate measurements and provided physical samples of their product line made my decision right then. Caryn was very engaged and was in constant communication up to the install date. Installation team was very knowledgeable, attentive to detail and did a wonderful job. I'm very happy with the finished product.

Our custom in-office bocce ball lane is absolutely beautiful. We're so happy with the finished product - and they truly exceeded expectations in terms of professionalism during site visits and consultations, clear communication and timely responses regarding emails, & just how efficient and promptly the entire installation was.
