R	Ruba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service here is horrible. They're very rude and their whole motto is sell sell, oversell at all costs. Overpriced. Now as an amateur gardener, I know better. The lady at the front counter is mean, it's almost laughable. Someone needs to teach her etiquette on customer service. And the nicest you are, the meaner and harsher she gets.

However, there’s a woman that works there who couldn’t give any proper answers when I called and asked some of their prices and didn’t offer to find a solution or ask anyone else. And a second time I visited, the woman at the counter didn’t have any knowledge of soil and seemed dismissive when I asked questions about the types of soil needs from plants. Would visit again, but definitely would avoid that woman, again. Less than helpful.

She thought one of the snake plants we were purchasing was priced incorrectly. Made a huge deal about it in front of others also waiting to pay, all to find out that the price was correct. She was rude and very unprofessional. Other then her being extremely unprofessional, and it being quite pricy, the rest of the staff and the nursery itself is really nice.

It's quite large with a small room for tropical plants, a flower section that comes with just about every variety of bee you could imagine. As I totally get the bees on this one. They have a decent selections of bushes and trees and a giant room for pottery and planting supplies. The building itself is rather neat. I feel like it's similar to an old 70's mobsters palace.
