I worked here and i was able to get an inside look at the owner's work ethic and I must say it was Amazing! he really knows and cares about his profession . Him and his team are great and get the job done . Best fireplaces in Toronto , would highly recommend .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a negative experience working with Fireplace Concepts. We dealt with Peter and Sheila Haats. We placed an order for two fireplaces as part of a renovation project. First they tried really hard to upsell you on a product you didn't need. Then they decided to overcharge you for the product you wanted and finally decided to cancel your order at the very last minute - leaving you scrambling to find an alternative. Do yourself a favour and avoid these guys! Go to Marsh's!
