★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP-OFF ARTISTS!!!! I purchased 5 Hicks Yews through their online website March 28 at a cost of $355.89 for my hedge comprising of Hicks Yews. The 5 bushes I ordered from Davenport Nurseries are clearly NOT Hicks Yews, but possibly Dense Spreading Yews which only get to 4 feet in height and spread up to 12 feet in width Clearly, not what I had ordered. Of course, it was impossible for me to know at the time that the bushes I had received were not Hicks yews because Yews look the same until you see their growth pattern. Management is refusing to refund or exchange my purchase. How am I at fault for their negligence?????!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to rely on my plants being delivered so risked ordering online and Davenport Garden Centre did not disappoint. The flowers were all in excellent condition and the delivery guy was awesome. Will definitely use them again.

I picked up these the same day I receive notification saying it’s ready for pick up.
I can’t believe someone would sell these maltreated plants to customers.
This place is a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online and went in store to pick-up my order. I am still in shock at the plants that I received.
The first photo is what is advertised online... the one following is what I received. While I understand that photos tend to be for demonstrative purposes and are not indicative of the exact plant that is ordered, this isn't even in the same ballpark. This is shameful.
If I was purchasing a "cutting" it should have been advertised as such. The photos are incredibly misleading. I drove 40+ minutes to this location because I was so excited to find a string of pearls online. The only reason I left with my order (instead of requesting a refund) was because the store was busy and staff were looking overwhelmed with handling the line.
On a positive note the staff were friendly, if not a little disorganized, and the store looked very pleasant inside and had some interesting plants. I would have loved to look around but this experience has left me feeling sour.
