Inferior paint, $30 more for the full order. West Toronto paint filled my order in 15 minutes, far better paint, cheaper than the big box store. Excellent service, thank you.

Unfortunately the BM paint I needed was sold out, but Steven and Chance went above and beyond calling the other stores in the area to get me the one I needed to their store. I don’t know what I would have done without their help! Not only that, they are both a wealth of knowledge! Highly recommend going to them for advice/finding what you need. Kind, knowledgeable, and super efficient! Thanks a million guys, you absolutely saved the day!!!

A few minutes out of the store on my bike and the quart fell through the bottom of the bag, onto the street, paint everywhere, on my bike and shoes too. The paper bag is clearly not suitable to hold quarts of paint, yet when I called the store back they said "because it happened out of the store" they're not responsible. They would not replace the paint. They don't care about doing the right thing. I could understand if I had brought my own defective bag, but this was the bag they handed me. It fell out the bottom with 1 quart in it! I will never shop there again and neither should you. Replacing the quart is a small thing for a company to do to treat their customers right, but this location is evidently not interested in that. Do not shop here!

I called ahead regarding a couple of colour matches that I needed and Stephen was very patient answering my questions. Therefore I took my doors in but the one door was a difficult match. I took it back and Stephen tried to alter it without success and simply said to leave it with him and he would do a perfect match at no charge. It was done that day and I picked the following day and it's perfect. Great customer service! Thanks Stephen. Gary Donald

I found it hard to decide based off a tiny chip. A couple bucks for a board and $7 for each of the tiny jars of paint I'm considering. They even had little rollers. I highly recommend this place!

There were three employees working and in the 45 minutes we were walking around the small shop, looking totally clueless, not one offered any help and once we approached the counter the gentleman that helped us was short and a little rude (idk maybe he was having a bad day..) I will say the paint we chose was matched well and we were happy with the results after painting the house. I just really wish our experience was more pleasant as this was an exciting day for us. But how could they know right...anyways not the best customer service but good quality paint.
