Brought my pup along with me to pick up a curb side order today and he got lots of attention (and treats) for coming along. I give a 5 star review and doggo gives a 6/5 would recommend to a friend
D	D L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this store. There are a couple of paint stores closer to me but they don’t compare. The store is organized and staff is always so accommodating and friendly. Their attitude really makes a difference. Also, they carry Farrow & Ball paint!

All other questions I had were honestly and kindly answered in person. Excellent service and very safe! Found my new downtown paint shop (no more home depot for me) please consider switching!

They told me to go to sherwin Williams but the paint also wasn’t owned by Sherwin Williams so I ended up visiting 3 stores before I finally found that my paint was done by Dulux. Staff at Sherwin Williams helped me find the right manufacturer so that I didn’t have to waste any more time, but this store sent me on a rat race that wasted my time.

R	Rita Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy at the store was very helpful. I came to grab a can of white paint and only to realized there are 100 shades of white. The guy was very patient and explained the difference between the finish and the colour. Very happy I came to the store today.

The original color was misentered and my husband was hassled about the color being gray rather than the blue in our photos. I returned to the store with a matched blue color swatch. He did not look up the account again for the 'wrong' paint, so the wrong sheen was purchased. I had to return and pay for a second can of paint. All the hassle could have been avoided with better customer service. (The winking from him with the shoulder length red hair was also not appreciated.)

I was only able to provide the store with a small sample, from which the owner decided the sheen was semi-gloss. I told him that it was eggshell, but naturally how would I know which sheen is on my own walls? He mixed it up as semi-gloss and sold it to me, along with the other 6 gallons of paint that were part of my purchase. I unfortunately didn't register that until I got home, and now they insist that I have to buy an entirely new gallon to replace it. I won't be replacing it from them, nor will I be returning in future.
