It's ok. But there's no 24 hour tech support and the tech support they have isn't very good. Seems to always go down on a Saturday which up until recently they weren't even open weekends. Now it won't work at all. Haven't had internet for two weeks (been up for a few hours here and there but overall it's been down). And they have offered us nothing but excuses and now say we have to buy a new modem. I'm cancelling and switching to someone who has good customer service. I'd pay extra for good service.

Update; ended up canceling 4 lines. Terrible service and even charges after cancellation. I've been with Simconet for 3 years now. I started with my home account. After I signed up for my company 2 offices location, and 3 other employees already moved to Simconet. Prices are VERY competitive and truth be said. Quality issues when arise are directly related to either Bell (DSL) or Rogers (cable).

We were with them for over a year and got a better offer from a different company. Called to cancel in December, were told we needed to email it in writing so we did. We have received a bill from them every month (going into April) and today just received an email confirming our new order? We didn't order anything, we should be cancelled. About to put in a complaint with the CRTC. Buyer beware.

Ive called them 3 times now to cancel and everytime i am assured that my services have been cancelled and i also request an email confirmation and they also say they will send but i never get a confirmation and today they charged my credit card again. This company's customer service is a joke.

Please stay away from this company. Their service is horrible. I paid for 50MBPS speed but usually only got 3-6MBPS. When I called technical support, usually nobody answers the phone. After leaving voice mail for many times, you might get someone call you back. But all they told you to do is reset the modem, but it doesn't work at all. When I tried to cancel the account by calling them, nobody answers the phone and nobody ever called me back. So I had to send emails to request to cancel the account. Still, nobody replied my emails and my credit card was still being charged. I had no other choice but to call my credit card company. It's lucky I have a high end credit card which protects my rights than regular credit cards. The credit card company disputes those charges without asking me to do any paper work and future charges by Simconet will be automatically rejected. With this backing me up, I sent an email to Simconet and stated my credit card will reject any future charges from them, then I got a response the same day and said it's ok for me to cancel my account. After I drop off the modem at their store, nobody confirmed they have received the modem. I had to send emails multiple times and repeated what the credit card told me again. Finally they refunded me the money. It's a bad company indeed. Do NOT give them business!!!

WORST company ever, they are so disorganized, and messy. Poor customer service. Avoid them at all costs. It's not worth the lower monthly internet fees, for the amount of headaches they cause. When I cancelled my internet plan with them, I wasn't told how to close the account properly and that I had to return the modem, they continued to charge my account for 3 more months after I cancelled. And I legitimately had to call them over 10 times over a course of 5 months to try to get my money back, and I still only got half my money back not the full amount. Half the time you call in no one answers. If I could rate them with a ZERO, I would. AVOID all services with THEM. There is a reason why there are so many bad reviews of them on here, because their company is really that poorly run.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Always unprofessional, muffled voices on the phone who sound completely apathetic and unconcerned with the level of service they're providing. I have been repeatedly trying to acquire a simple email confirmation from them for 5 days now and I've been sent incorrect emails as well as emails intended for other customers. All this while still somehow not accomplishing the simple, common, straightforward task that I've asked 4 different representatives to do. Each one of them assuring me that "it's fine" and "you will get your email soon".

Save yourself a headache. Don't even started business with this company. It is ridiculous hard to get thing right with this company. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. No one responds to my requests, from technical to billing to cancellation. And when I managed to get to someone, their promise is just garbage. Have you ever experienced the service that you cancelled but never stop charging? and no confirmation of whatsoever.
