I will say, ask for an agreement or contract with them as just agreeing to some services in an email can cause miscommunication. Otherwise, I'd definitely recommend them to work with.

However as my needs changed and I wanted to take back control of my website to self-manage, the team has been difficult with conducting a smooth transition out. They instead continued to send me invoices instead of meeting my needs as a client. My website now says it is suspending even though I had initiated conversations of this transition out more than a month ago. I was also notified that I was a priority when my invoice date was coming up and not when I initially contacted them for assistance in advance. It really did feel like the company may held my website hostage when I wanted to release them of their services. EDIT: Company reached out to assist with transition. I just wished the transition was smoother. Otherwise, during my time with them, they delivered what I asked.
