I have visited this establishment on a number of other occasions and have found the staff to be knowledgeable and very friendly. The prices for plumbing parts are very reaonable compared to other suppliers.

First he found the replacement and suggested I contact Riobel first to see if it's on warranty before I pay for it again. Truly classy move to not just sell me something. Then he looked at the old cartridge and saw that it needed to be cleaned out as rubber and soder got inside. Sure enough I put it back in at home after Steven cleaned and the shower works totally fine again! Highly recommend this place. That's how you treat customers in business. Much appreciated guys.

Their staff is not only knowledgeable but friendly in general. They always have replacement parts in stock where may others do not. The store is easy to get to and has ample parking.

After my wife bought a one of a kind sink, I have struggled at other stores to find the right parts to get it connected. I googled my local plumbing store and found Dupont plumbing, I called Jerry and even though he was busy he gave me great advice over the phone. When I needed a few parts I went directly to the store where Jerry help me fit and find all the parts that I needed. The service was amazing, the advice better than I had received elsewhere, and the pricing was more than reasonable. Here’s the pictures of how it turned out.
