The showroom is beautiful and the tiles and vanities are very unique, modern and of high quality. They carry designs and materials you are not likely to find anywhere else. Anahita was a phenomenal advisor for our project. She went above and beyond and her recommendations were great. Her eye for design was wonderful and she even went as far as designing a unique concept for our master bathroom wall, which ended up being one of the focal points in our house. She is well versed in obtaining a cohesive and warm home design using her expertise and knowledge. Highly recommend her to anyone thinking of purchasing from Porcelanosa Toronto.

Beautiful products. However, customer service is terrible. Sales person made it plainly obvious that it was extremely bothersome to place an order for us. The delivery will take several weeks (which is not an issue), but telling us we MUST follow up to see when delivery arrives is not normal.

Building and designing a custom house during Covid has been quite a challenge! Thankfully working with Franca at Porcelonosa , Toronto, has been a very positive experience from the moment I walked through the door through to completion. Franca immediately understood my vision and was able to quickly select a range of tiles that I could choose from. I worked with Franca over several months, discussing each room in detail, in order to make my final decision with confidence. Many of the tiles were in stock but the larger format tiles I selected were from their newest collection, not yet in their showroom. They were special order items, that took several weeks to arrive but Franca kept me informed and up to date as to their status and delivery dates. The tiles arrived on time but unfortunately a couple were broken. Porcelonosa gave back a credit for those tiles without issue. —I was very happy that we ordered extra! Throughout the process Franca was professional and a joy to work with. She is a great designer with a creative eye and a strong understanding of various styles, themes and how to execute them. I designed my modern Art Deco house with a specific vision. I’m creative, very picky and detail oriented. The beautiful tile from Porcelonosa together with Franca’s patience and professionalism made my vision a reality!

At first, we had a good impression: we went in the showroom that is impressive and the tiles are beautiful. A seller gave us catalogs, samples and her card with her contact details. We were very pleased by the service we received. A few days later, we emailed her to ask for a quote. She replied back right away asking the exact dimensions we needed, so we sent them to her. This is when the bad impression started: after 1 week, we had no news, so we emailed back to follow up. No news. We waited a few more days, then emailed again. No answer. So I called and talked directly to the seller to follow up (I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt): she said she apologized for the delay, she was waiting confirmation about the tiles we wanted (if they were in stock or not). She told me she was in front of her emails right now, preparing the quote. We are still waiting for the quote and it was a few days ago... Since we came in the store, 2 weeks and half passed. I think that after 3 emails, 1 phone call, and almost 3 weeks of delay, we can say without a doubt that the customer service is not impressive.

We had an amazing experience with our full house renovation with Porcelanosa. Anahita went above and beyond to help us find the best products, she was thoughtful, patient and absolutely helpful. We ended up ordering our tiles, plumbing and kitchen cabinets from Porcelanosa and absolutely happy with their services. If you are looking for expert advise on your kitchen design, Madyson is also the one. I need to update this review and change my rating: Unfortunately our experience with Porcelanosa was great when it comes to sale, but the customer service is not even close to the expectations from a reputable firm. when encountering even minor problems, faulty material or design errors, sales persons were unable to help and we were only able to come to a resolution after discussing with the manager, manager was very helpful but the process of talking to the manager was a journey. The process was so frustrating that I ended up giving up the wardrobe design error the designer made and the installer came on site to correct. I'll attach the pictures to reference the quality of end product for such an expensive so called custom design wardrobe (the close-ups refer to the wardrobe shelves, not inside the wardrobe!!). I hope Porcelanosa find a better way to deal with customer service as to me it's not easy to go back and shop with them. This project was 50k sale order from Porcelanosa and although I'm very happy with quality of products, the customer care is a mess.

I ordered my kitchen cabinets from them. I love their product. It is very good quality and their preferred installers have very good workmanship. However, everything else is questionable. There was no simulation of sort to help me pick my Color combination. My wall oven would not fit into the cabinet they designed, even though I gave them the wall oven’s model number and specs way ahead of time. Parts were missing from the shipment. Installation fee from their preferred installer went from $2k to $3k when time comes to install. Delivery fee was $1k and I only found out the business day before delivery and installation. There was originally no backing for the cabinets ( see attached photo), my pipes were just exposed in the back. Thank god i had other contractors on the job who were able to confirm that it is not normal practice to have exposed piping in a kitchen cabinetry. I talked to Laurel and she was able to help me fix that. I imagined if I didn’t say anything, they would try to get away with it. The worse part was that the main Color i ended up picking belongs to a lower grade laminate (R1) than the one I was quoted and paid for (R3). No one bothered telling me when I was picking colors that I was picking a cheaper material and there was no price adjustment to reflect the lower grade material I received. I pointed that out to them and they pretty much ignored me. The entire process was totally stressful for me as there were too many unpleasant surprises. I cannot trust their designers to calculate properly and I cannot trust their sales to be transparent with their pricing. The only thing going for them is their product.
