Giving 3 stars because I tried to call the Post Office, at first they send me back to the main menu, then asked me to hold. After 15 min someone pick up the phone and was someone from the Pharmacy... they put me back on hold... after 20 minutes... got no answers. I only wanted to know if they print documents. WTH
A	Adrian S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leaving this review for someone else: another person here left disappointed by the actual pharmacy of this "pharmacy". Common prescription renewal was sent over 48 hours ago. This is all during the work week, not a weekend type of situation. Went today to ask what was going on, and "We're busy." was the answer. My own opinon: Shoppers Drug Mart is more of a general store with premium markups on common goods you could get at other stores for much less. If it's a matter of health, you're probably better off dealing with a pharmacy that takes your health more seriously and professionally.

I've been a customer at this location ever since it got built in the area and I've found myself coming here less and less, it's just gone downhill over the years. Majority, if not all the staff here are so rude, there are barely any sales and many of the items here you can get cheaper at the freshco a little further down the street. The only benefit from this location is the post office.
A	Alex Wright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and wife have been coming to this shoppers for a couple years to pick up medication, and I gotta say soons you walk in and they see your BLACK a lady will call a code on the intercom And in a few minutes you'll see a big old white guy doing laps around you, I hate it!!! Super racist people forsure, check the rest of the comments if you think I'm over exaggerating. I hope things change before there's a problem ???
M	Michael R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service Refused to help with booking a covid test. The pharmacists said they were too busy and refused to help. Finally a supervisor came and helped me. When she was helping me I thanked her for the help and the pharmacist kept talking to me with his mask down. Not a professional place to receive medical service of any kind. Their only concern is taking money. I booked my test and went to shoppers at 184p Dufferin
N	Natalia S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not the person to cry racial profiling at the littlest thing, but when you walk into this shoppers you will hear “customer service call line blah” at least a dozen times until some security guard starts loitering around you and doesn't even have the decency to pretend their not watching you and then after a ten minute wait to pay at the one check out desk with the lottery and presto machine the same security guard suddenly needs to wait by the door as its your turn, pretty suspect. Fellow black people avoid this shoppers.
A	Ana Clara Moreira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. One guy from the pharmacy team kept rushing me off the phone. I was put on hold when the call was first picked up. Then put on hold again in the middle of the conversation. I didn’t get the name of the person I was speaking with, but I am so upset that I didn’t figure out what I needed about my medication and how much I got because I think I miss placed my medication at home and I left the conversation without knowing because I was brushed off with “I will see you later today ok?” , which means that all I could do is pick up another refill at this point. Very rude and terrible customer service from this staff member. I have had great help from an asian lady at the pharmacy. She is great. But this call today was very disappointing.

So I made her a list with 4 items only all clear and very specified. She didn’t know to whom to ask so she waited In line and tried to asked the lady in the pharmacy to help her to grab the items in the list that made for her. The lady pointed the row and barely gave her any attention! Anyone that knows shoppers there’s a thousands of items to choose. The lady didn’t even request someone from shoppers to help my mother. This is how they treat people, seniors and immigrants! Next time we’ll go to a closer,cheaper and better service pharmacy!
