★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m giving this Doctors office 1 because it doesn’t give me an option to give them no stars… I had a 11am appointment booked for October 21 2021 witch is on two calendar’s, My phone and paper Calendar at home… I love to take pride in how punctual I am and very organized.. Today I came there after waiting 6 months to see if my abnormal cells have inside my body have worsen or if they are gone away.. I have never felt so stressed out in my life waiting for this 6 months to past.. I made my appointment 11am because I live a hour and 25min away from this dr because.. I was told today that I did not show up to my appointment so I must pay $50 to have another appointment for missing my 10am which I booked for 11am because I left so far and I told this to the receptionist I was booking with on the phone…… The The receptionist that was there today went back to the doctor to see if there was any other availability because I got very upset and do not want to see a male Dr.. and to accommodate me they told me they would book me next week because they have no more availability , I am not taking another day off of work for their mistake… I don’t want to come back to this doctors office so what they offered me to release my paperwork to another doctors office was a $40 charge… absolutely ridiculous and appalled.

Made me commit to a shift that I never wanted to do, pleading and asking for help because he claims is moving, can’t find a pharmacist!!
10 minutes before my arrival, He texts that he found someone already!
There are ethics of this business, and profession entails the cancelling party to pay a penalty!!
