Please DO NOT BELIEVE THE 4 STAR RATING. The fact that it has over 200 reviews compared to the average of around 50-100 of other clinics itself shows that something's fishy. It should've struck me sooner?‍♂️. Probably paid reviews or something. I'd gone in for a consultation for a skin condition and was MISDIAGNOSED TWICE. I thought perhaps the first time might've been an error but turns out all the doctors there are just looking to move to the next patient. My skin was looked at for maybe 10 seconds at maximum by the doctors during both visits (it was a different doctor each time but they both were not thorough with the check). Overall i paid over $300 for the medication and the visit and nothing changed. Had to visit another clinic and im finally seeing some results. Luckily my condition wasn't life threathening but I've seen a few reviews here where the misdiagnosis was extremely life threatening. I'd say please go elsewhere, save the money you'd spend on repeat visits and more importantly save your health from deteriorating as well. God bless??

I went here because I was experiencing severe abdominal and back pain specifically on my right side everytime I ate something. The pain would last about 6-12 hrs. The doctor didnt examine me, instead he asked me if I had excessive gas and gave me medication for it. I said I was concerned that it was something more serious than gas but he said not to worry, that he prescribes gas medication all the time. Turns out my gallbladder was inflamed, there were stones in my common bile duct and my liver enzymes were severely elevated (there were also signs of jaundice). I found this out because I decided to go to the ER for a second opinion. I'm glad I did. They scheduled me in for an emergency surgery to get my gallbladder removed and are currently monitoring my liver.

Great experience at this walk-in clinic. It was easy to make an in person appointment (same day) and the care was great. The doctor seemed to have a great rapport with his clients and was caring and thorough.

The doctors here are all extremely dismissive and lack any diagnostic ability. They don't look at anything beyond the most obvious symptoms and don't even bother to ask you basic questions about your symptoms. I was treated for something that requires regular follow up and can often lead to complications, and basically every time I came in was treated like I was being dramatic and an inconvenience. It turned out that I developed a serious complication that requires specialized surgery, one that I repeatedly made concerns about, and the doctor proceeded to explain it to me and essentially say "sorry this is beyond me so good luck". In addition to this the doctor tried to explain to me the condition I had developed as if I hadn't specifically stated it was a concern of mine several times. You are a doctor to care for people not to stroke your own ego and arrogance. I hope you realize you are playing with peoples lives and you shouldn't be a doctor if you're not going to do more than the bare minimum. I think several of the doctors here should have their licences ripped away. The receptionist is however lovely and very kind but that doesn't make up for the level of care provided here.

Visited today for a walk-in appointment and was pleasantly surprised how kind the staff was. Receptionist was so sweet, the doctor was kind and while the appointment was quick I didn't feel rushed. I got my prescription filled in 10 minutes. Really a great experience.

Dr. Michelle Kuisma is amazing. I do not recommend the walk-in doctors, because you might end up with one who rushes things. She, on the other hand, is a family doctor and is extremely caring, humble, and patient. I removed a star for the receptionist. I have a similar job at a hospital and I take initiative to improve things. The receptionist there can be nice, but she is quite easily frustrated with anything that requires her to do her job outside of booking appointments. If you call back, she won't answer and you don't get a response for over 24 hours.

I had a great experience at Westside Medical Clinic today! They were one of the only clinics open on the weekend in my neighborhood, so I was happy to be able to actually walk in and get an appointment for my toddler. All the staff, including the receptionist, doctor, and pharmacists were professional, friendly, and accommodating of my little guy (who can be very demanding) - and we were in and out with a prescription in hand in 30 mins. Five stars - I highly recommend this place.

I came to this clinic twice in the past 2 weeks (once for my 10 month old and once for me) and received the most excellent care by Dr. Sacco and the medical receptionist, Grace. Both times we were in and out of the walk-in within 15 minutes, prescriptions included! Dr. Sacco is so efficient and still very thorough. I felt very confident in his diagnoses and for both cases, his treatments worked right away. Grace is SO kind and lovely to all her patients. I would highly recommend this clinic for little ones (I tried Kidcrew first and I couldn't see a doctor in person for 3+ days!).
