A	Ankur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to test for Covid before travel. I booked a rapid PCR test for this morning, for which they claim they give results in 6 hours. I went there and they couldn't find me in their records and asked me to show an email confirmation. That's not the worst part. Just to confirm, I asked them how soon could I expect results for the rapid test. The lady tells me, we're not doing rapid tests today and you will only get results by 24 hours. I was shocked. I said I'm flying tomorrow and I need them tonight, to which she says you might get them by tonight. I said that doesn't work for me, I need a guarantee. She said it's your choice, we can't guarantee. Finally I asked why wasn't I informed that there's no rapid test available and this is exactly what she answered-- "we were just informed that there's no power for a rapid PCR test." What does that mean? I walked out and booked my test at another lab in Etobicoke, and I'm writing this review sitting in my car outside this lab, which was extremely professional and guaranteed results by 10 pm.

The air was stuffy and stale in there. Updated post... We have since been back here, and the ventilation was improved and service was great. Thankyou.

The virtual test was a breeze, the nurse was patient and double checks all information as it is necessary for the document to have the correct information when crossing the border.
W	Wandy Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ amazing honestly cannot recommend enough! i booked a regular PCR appointment at a location near me through medionerx for travelling to Hong Kong in December 2021 at 12:30pm and received results via email at 8:30am the next day. They provided me with the ISO 15189 certificate required for boarding when I arrived for my appointment. fast forward to May 2022, medionerx is the only place i could find that offers EXPRESS PCR tests with same day result, which is absolutely necessary with new policy changes travelling to Hong Kong for the timings of my particular flight. went in to test at 9:30am and received results at 3:10pm, a little faster than the 6-8 hours (they said it's typically closer to 6 hours) promised on the website. i was being really paranoid and called in twice before and after the appointment to ensure that results would be sent in 6 hours, and they were gentle and kind both times. i was really nervous about not receiving the result on time especially after reading previous reviews, but i want to share my positive experience to ease some worrying minds. great price, great service

L	Louis L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The address should be Lawrence Service Rd N, but not Lawrence Ave. Efficient service and friendly staff, but the PDF file cannot get approved by U.S. Safe Travels, the test document will need to be manually reviewed at the airport.
R	Regina Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The virtual experience was stressful. I paid for the virtual kit and test, but I was invoiced again just before my appointment. I emailed them and they cancelled the invoice. But come time for my test appointment, I waited over 20 minutes and no one showed up. I somehow had a feeling there would be problems and had a second appointment booked just in case. Even this second appointment took a while for someone to connect with me (people after me were able to connect with an administrator before me). However, once we did connect, the test and results were quick and efficient. I always go to the Mississauga for the in-clinic tests and service is always good. However, the virtual set up left me very anxious; I'm not sure if I would use them again.
