Its hard enough going through this pandemic, but on the phone and even doing my mobile pick up I was treated kindly and the staff ensured that all of my needs were met. Thank you for making my customer experience so wonderful. I never leave reviews but this time it was so worth it.

C	Cryst Opia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sally's Beauty Supply has a product label called Ion Silk Drops. I recently noticed that the container used to be with a pink cap and writing as packaging. They have changed this to Black,also changing the scent ,it used to be unscented and this product used to be really allergen free. Since this Change they have made This product has given me bad as really asthmatic, Irritates my eyes , and skin. Im so disappointed in this change of an added scent to this product . It was such a great product before and was changed. Hoping that Sally and Ion would bring back an alternative or bring back the original formula because the original was so good. Here is a picture of the old formula Pink cap unscented (The old formula was an awesome product and the new one in black cap and writing which has a weird perfumed scent added.

H	Heather on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So one of the girls that work there is super nice and friendly + knowlegable which is the only reason i give this a 2 star otherwise it would be 0. When I was checking out, the othet cashier did not ask for my member card and did not give me the discount. Once I paid I asked about it and she oh you paid its too late. And i did not get the free gift that was advertised for when you spend over $50.00. I also had to ask for my reciept. Very disappointed as I drive 30min to get her and I have been coming to this location for years.
