If you’re closing hours on a Sunday are 5pm why are you locking the door 10mins before 5pm?!! The staff are extremely rude and not helpful. I got there today (Sunday) and the door was locked way before 5pm, so I stood out front and immediately called and asked the girl if I could just grab a wig cap and she said if her manager says no she can’t but at the same time didn’t offer to ask her manager… In that time another girl with green hair was opening the door to let guests out and I asked her (it still wasn’t 5pm yet!) and the girl said she’d go ask her manager if I can just grab the wig cap I needed but she never came back to answer me so it hit 4;58pm then some other lady, she was thick with curly blonde hair came to let other guests out so I begged her to get it because it still wasn’t 5 and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, closed the door on me while I was talking then watched me beg her through the door then just walked away throwing her hand up at me. I desperately needed this for work tomorrow, drove 30mins in traffic downtown to be told I can’t come get it despite that it wasn’t 5pm! I am so disgusted with how these “staff” behaved. Multiple other people also were coming to buy stuff in that time frame before 5pm and I had to tell them don’t bother they locked their doors and all of them were upset they wouldn’t let anyone in and 2 people spoke to me for a bit admitting how rude and terrible the people at this place are. If you have a closing time, FOLLOW IT! Your company inconveniences people with this improper business behaviour and disrespect people who are trying to spend money at your chosen store when they could go elsewhere. Do better honestly! Your staff are just lazy and this includes the manager because if she was serious about making money she wouldn’t be turning away guests within the operating hours. We all wanna go home but do your job!

Came here last week to get a new wig for the summer. I’m new to wearing wigs and found all the options and styles to be very overwhelming. Celeste, the wig specialist on the floor that day went above and beyond to make sure I left the store with the perfect wig and hair care products! I’ve had some mediocre experiences at other locations in the past and was apprehensive about coming to this one, but rest assured i’ll be a returning customer now.

I would rate this place minus 10 if I could. Customer service is horrible. I saw how the Asian lady behind the counter treated 2 black ladies at the checkout today at 5pm (2/2/2022). She refused to give them a plastic bag until another customer jumped in and told the cashier "give them a plastic bag". Imagine, you spend 150 dollars and you have to fight for a 2nd plastic bag.

Other review sites their average is 3.4 stars for a reason. They were bribing people with 5$ off next purchase a month ago if they leave a good review on Google lol when in reality this store when it comes to products, there is NOTHING. The other big supply chains have many more collections, vast options, CHEAPER, more products, a lot more Brazilian bundles, in all colour. This store has absolutely nothing.

Sales rep was Celeste , she was very professional and give me great tips. They have unique , variety of products for hair and body. I will definitely go back in the near future.

The young ladies I met today was very helpful, and help me choose the best product for my hair. Thanks ladies, next time I'll asked for names.?

I’m always a little intimidated with the myriad of products in this store, but each time I’ve asked for help, I’ve always received great service from the pretty and knowledgeable girls on the floor. Last time I was there, I purchased a few items suggested by one of the staff (to address my dry ends)and I’m so happy with all the products! This is my first experience with Tgin and Mane Choice- absolutely love the mask; leaves my hair so soft and silky ! I’ve been colouring my own roots since covid and find the salon grade I bought here works well. Great quality, affordable, and great staff. There seems to be a high turnover of employees, but I’ve never had a bad experience yet, and the shelves are organized and well-stocked. I too have been followed around the store, and given the current covid circumstances, theft and security has been up in just about every store in the City. I don’t take it personally like some of these ultra- defensive posters here. I also have never received a recyclable bag for free or extra gifts. These are not legitimate reasons for writing negative reviews lol. I also find it offensive when reviewers describe employees of this store as : “ biracial” or “non-Blck staff” or “mixed girl.” Please ✋ ?

These Chinese people selling hair are thief !!! $90 for garage. DON’T shop at this store. Better to support small black businesses. Imagine you see one thing on the mannequin and when you get home and open the package it’s trash ! What a SCAM !! The hair is supposed to be 1 length. It’s 10in 12in and all different lengths and doesn’t look good.
