Bought a couple of items the other day and this cashier (tall with short dark hair) Was so nice and patient with me. Asked her where some items were. she’s very knowledgeable with the items around the store. Definitely made my experience at this location good. Would be back again just because of her!.

Absolutely awful pharmacy, as is evident in these reviews. The service is rude, uncaring, condescending, and slow. They simply do not care at all and are unpleasant, in a completely unnecessary and awful sort of way. After yet another interaction that left me fuming due to their rudeness, I am changing pharmacies. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere to spare yourself the irritating experience!!! >:-@

The person at the pharmacy prescription drop off was very surly and not helpful. Her colleague, I believe a pharmacist, had to stop what he was doing and step in to help me.

Worst Pharmacy, worst customer service of any drugstore I've ever been to. I've been using them for several years only because they are close to home but I have to switch locations. Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone or returns voicemails even for urgent matters. Calling the main line and asking for help is useless, if you wait long enough (could be hours) to speak to a human, they won't give you any help, just put you back on hold for eternity. Go anywhere but here.

Rude pharmacists. Take your business elsewhere, unless you enjoy judgemental and condescending treatment from pharmacy staff. Tip: if these pharmacists can't find your prescription, tell them to check E-Prescribe, not their fax or phone. This is one way MDs send scripts to the pharmacy. They will magically find your prescription, as they clearly neglect to check this spot. They did this, only after yelling at me. College of Pharmacists need to regulate their members better, clearly, as perhaps this location isn't up to date on how scripts are filled these days, or on conduct with patients.

I recently transferred my prescriptions here from another Shoppers after moving. Overall, the store is clean, however; the pharmacy does not do any favours to make clients comfortable or feel needs are met. Consistently it is a negative experience. I understand this is a busy location, but there seems to be a minimal regard for client care. For example - I have had prescriptions called in which are not ready or confused upon arrival. Beyond that, the pharmacy is very dismissive. When asking for a naloxone kit, which was offered on signage at the cash wrap, I was simply told, "No, don't have that." As a non-addict, it was very discouraging. Makes me wonder about people who actually need it. Long story short, I will be transferring my prescriptions back to my original pharmacy and making the drive to get better care than I received here.

Repeatedly I’ve found this location to have aggressively unpleasant staff. Scowling, unhelpful, zero eye contact. Soviet-style service. The store is also suffering from some serious neglect. Overall it feels tired and out-of-date. Given its high-visibility location, it doesn’t represent the brand very well. The operator of this location clearly doesn’t care. Take your business to a location that makes an effort for their customers.

It’s not the pharmacists themselves that’s the problem. They’re overworked and I’ve been coming here for years now, always with the same frustration: not enough staff. I’m Standing in line behind 4 people, there are another 4 people waiting for something else, and the loudspeaker keeps blaring that people are on hold for the pharmacy. Imagine the stress these experts are under trying to be helpful, fill prescriptions, and scan your last minute chocolate bar addition to your order. Shoppers drug mart, please, staff this place up!! You will watch your ratings and business improve dramatically.
