J	J Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever!... The one pharmacist whos there through out the day was incredibly rude for no apparent reason. Made everyone around me and myself very uncomfortable. So I took my grandmother elsewhere and will not be returning at this location.

S	Sean Alberts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this location. Great receptionists and doctors that are incredibly helpful. CANNOT say the same for the pharmacist (Angelo), he is extremely rude and hurtful person. He will intentionally give you the wrong dose even after the doctor has increased it by 10-15 mg and would confuse and put the patient at risk because after another increase the patient would get a 30 mg jump in the dose. This was my personal experience until i realized what was going on. Very strange and hateful behavior towards people who are literally in and out of the location. From life saving medicine and the person who is supposed to ensure your safety and well being providing methadone is putting patients at risk. This I want to be known that it is nothing new.

L	Leo Alcorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to call twice to ask about COVID test availability, as they are listed as having them on the ministry of ontario site, and no one answered. So I walked over. The pharmacist rolled his eyes at me and was extremely rude when I asked about availability. Will not return again. Do not go if you need a COVID test, they do not have them and will treat you like you are demanding the world if you ask.
L	Latchmie Geer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Friendly Experience! It's a small pharmacy, but they can help you with whatever you need. They care about their customers and shows respect towards them. I would go here again for prescriptions.
E	Eva Cherney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a flu shot here and the process was the same as any pharmacy. They offered to do the shot in their tiny office or just seated. I came into the office and they gave me the shot and sent me on my way, they didn't ask me to stay in case I had a reaction. I noticed that they do not wear their masks behind the counter. I asked one of the employees about this and they said they do not have to wear masks behind the counter, but they will if they come out from behind it. I asked them if they realized COVID is airborne and they did not care. This pharmacy is very very tiny. It makes no sense that they don't wear masks while two people are working together. I often walk by and see them not wearing masks, or wearing them improperly. Does not make sense to me. Would not recommend coming here.

The addition of Bloordale Pharmacy in our area has been a good and a very positive one. We needed a Pharmacy like Bloordale, a Pharmacy that can accommodate the needs of a variety of different people that live in our area. The staff are highly knowledgeable, very professional and very courteous. The Manager Angelo is what separates this Pharmacy from all others. He's an amazing person, very caring and understanding with everyone. I HIGHLY recommend this Pharmacy. Thank you Bloordale Pharmacy Team
