Most expensive Rexhall in Toronto, everything marked up 2000%. example 100 ml small BENYLIN cough syrup $12.99 No frills Pharmacy $8.99. The place doesn't carry any flyer sales items. Go there if you need a prescription filled, but don't buy anything, they nickel and dime you to death.

Called asking for two products to help with a sprained ankle. Received 1-2 word answers, no suggestions for alternatives (since they didn't sell crutches), and when I asked about compression bandages or anything for a sprained ankle, they said "we have some compression products". No further details. Super unhelpful and dismissive, will not be going here.

Smaller than your typical Rexall. Shelves sometimes empty. Often have to wait several minutes for the cashier to show up at the counter. And prices are NOT cheap. Seniors discount day is popular.

On Yelp, there was an old review for this place that reported it to understocked and dirty. So, I called ahead, and the pharmacist reported that they did indeed have oil of oregano in stock (a particularly difficult item to find during the flu and cold season.) Wandering my convalescent self over there, I found the store to be clean, well stocked, and pleasant classical music playing. The pharmacist helped me find the oregano right away, was very pleasant. Only 4 stars since I have only visited once, and on a Saturday, so I may have missed something others might know. But as far as I'm concerned, times have changed for this place, give it a go.

This pharmacy does not process prescription medication and prescription discounts correctly, so you will pay more out-of-pocket than you actually should. This is money you will not be refunded by your insurer either. My co-pay is supposed to be $0 at all Rexall pharmacies, and yet this one wants me to co-pay the amount that is supposed to be discounted. I recommend transferring to any other Rexall. For example, the Rexall at College and Spadina, where they bill accurately, my co-pay is $0, as it should be. However, I do like the pharmacists themselves here. They're lovely people, and very professional. One even waived the inappropriately charged co-pay twice, but I really don't want to fight about the $0 co-pay every time I need a prescription refilled. Update 1: After filing a complaint through the website and leaving a negative review, I heard back from the district manager. They said I could get a refund, and that yes, I should not have been charged the co-pay. I followed-up with the pharmacy a few days ago, and was promised a call back the next day from the manager, and unsurprisingly, no one returned my call. Today, I called the pharmacy again, asking about the refund AND about the medication I was shorted that I had not inquired about before. The pharmacist remembered, and still told me I was wrong about my coverage. She went on to demand my receipt, despite there being a record of my payment. However, she did tell me she gave $100 to charity last year, and that she could give me $12 if I came to the pharmacy. I asked her if she was comparing my refund to charity, and she said yes, goodbye, and hung up on me. In regards to the shorted medication, apparently there was NO RECORD kept on the pharmacy's end. If I find my medication bottle, that is the only way to retrieve the shorted medication. She did say that normally the next day the rest would be given, or I'd get a call to pick up the rest, or something to that effect. That didn't happen. Has anyone else experienced this?! Also, this phone call was recorded, and I did inform the pharmacist about halfway through the call that this was the case. If anyone would like to hear it, get in touch.

There is one employee who is particularly unfriendly, and has consistently followed me around the store while I’m shopping. I have family members who have experienced the same treatment from said employee on separate occasions. As a young professional who values our community and neighbour hood, I encourage Rexall management to work with staff in order to foster a welcoming environment where customers can shop freely and without suspicion.

Graca is the sweetest! The staff here is pretty great at making you feel comfortable. More selection on product would elevate this store - ie, food.
