Giving me only 30 pills a month gives me 15 days worth not 30.. Now they have shorted my son's medication by half.. I will not being going back to this Pharmacy again.. I suggest others find a better Pharmacy .??

E	Ellen Brooker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who work here are lovely, this review is about the organization of the pharmacy as opposed to the demeanor or professionalism of the staff. This pharmacy is under new management, and it's a mess. It comes down to three main issues: First, it's understocked. I have to refill the same prescription every three weeks and my medication is NEVER in stock. When it's ordered, delivery is totally unpredictable so I often have to wait days without pain relief, even if I've called ahead to make sure my medication is ordered before I run out. Second, the communication between staff seems nonexistant. I will speak to one person on the phone who tells me my prescription is ready, or that a larger dose has been arranged for me to take with me out of town, and when I arrive to pick it up, I'm met with utter confusion and have to start the whole process over. Third, the efficiency required to run any business, let alone one that deals with healthcare, is totally lacking. When it came time to have my doctor re-issue a prescription, the pharmacy staff confirmed they would contact her. They were then uncommunicative for weeks before claiming 'they faxed her, but didn't hear back'. My doctor worked down the hall at the adjoining walk-in clinic! All this to say that, if your medication needs aren't urgent or pain-related, you might find what you need at this pharmacy. However, I have found more efficient, more organized pharmacies that are a better fit for me.
