K	Katherine Orbezo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 22/02/2020, I had a bad experience in this location Azteca. I used to send money since this store open. I never had any complained until now. I went to the store to send money to my family back home and I wait it in the line to be serve and when I got a turn to be service the counter staff was also asking the person behind me about his information when I was waiting to get a response back from her about the verification of the new reciver. I asked her to see the screen to look if the name was properly been enter. She ignore again and I told her that I'm paying debit, she asked to give her my debit card to look at it closely. Apparently, it was a new rule. I give her my card she hold my card under the counter then she give me back still refuse me the service she was asking the other people in the line. I find it very disrespectful. I asked her again to enter the name for the new sender and the other staff intervene and told " if I don't like the service the door is open I can leave" they didn't have a consideration that I have my little daughter with me. I will never go there again and I will measure I will rise my complain about this issue. I will also call immigration to this store to always be in the look out for illegals as well.
E	Erik Lima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO !!! these people are very very rude , extremely unfriendly and the sad thing is they think they are doing you a favor by having you on their store, my wife and I will never go back to this store. These people are the most uneducated I have ever seen. They should not own a store and deal with people . They are very pricey , anything you buy from them is twice as much. The place is small and very unorganized. Avoid at a cost , there are many other stores in the area the offers the same services and products. The fat lady and her husband are the worst , not to mention the short woman that works in the front , she is extremely uneducated and rude. Never going back to this store ! You should do the same !

We ordered through ritual and had to walk to pick it up which was a pretty far walk - when we got home the order was completely wrong and tried calling them many times and no answer. We walked all the way back for them to not care at all for our inconvenience and had no idea what our order was. We got our order and walked home this was now 2hrs after original order time. When we got home it was the most disgusting quesadilla i've ever had, a stale corn tortilla with just plain white chicken, no seasoning or anything. Will not be going back here again.
