If you’re looking for delicious Halim, Persian style bread, beautiful design which is a signature of Iranian culture, just go to this restaurant! Good customer services and high quality materials used in the foods.

Mediocre food. Bad service. We waited more than 10 mins for someone to take our orders. No one asked us if we need something while being there. They had few stuff to handle their orders. I didn't like my food either. We ordered almost of everything in the menu. This is my observation: - It was not Dizi. It was Abgooshet that is called Dizi. Lamb, potatos, and chickpeas were mashed beforehand (Koobideh was prepared while it should be done by customer). So we cannot see what is inside exactly. It didn't have tail fat (donbeh) which is the most important ingredient there. It has to be served with Sangak not Barbari bread. - Aloo dampokhtak lacked olives they mentioned in the menu. They forgot to bring it and when we asked for, they gave it to us after double checking their menu. Eggs were overcooked. Portion size was small. - Zaban (sheep tounge) was tasteless. No salt was added. It was cooked very well but it lacked spices. - Halim's taste was not even on a par with what you can get in Persian supermarkets while its price was much higher. - Honey/Kaymak was not as we expected. Instead of Kaymak (Sarshir), we had Khameh (cream) there. We didn't eat most of it. - No Kalle Pache in the new menu. Almost none of us were happy with the brunch experience. Generally, their food didn't seem authentic to me. It lacked many important parameters I had in mind. Besides, the service was unacceptable. You may like their brunch if you are not Persian and didn't know about our authentic way of food preparation, but I was really disappointed with their quality.

Their portions were filling although the takeout option was only decent. I really enjoyed the lamb stew, while the porridge wasn't too flavorful. We also asked for cutlery but didn't receive it with our order.

Craving for a Persian brunch ? Search no more. Tried Zaban & Bandari and both of them are A+. They also bring you various sides on your dish. We also got a refill for the Chai which is a plus.

We went there on 8 May 2022. The food was OK but the service was absolutely poor. First, the server didn't give the service that we required (we ask for extra bread and she didn’t take care of that. Then, we asked another server to bring bread to our table). Secondly, we asked to pay the bills separately. The server told that their machine is old and is not able to generate bills on an individual basis. Furthermore, on top of the after-tax money, an additional 18 percent tip was added to the bill that nobody explained to us. Finally, two things were added to our bill that we had not requested (37 dollars). It is absolutely terrible service. That was the first time that I tried this place, but definitely not gonna try again.

In my opinion, the best brunch in the city. Beautiful variety on the plate, quality ingredients, delicious, in a great environment, very reasonably priced. The photo is just 2 orders. I’m a fan of the Dizi. Recommended!

NOT RECOMMENDED. - The restaurant, workers' clothes, and even their hands are not clean - Food is served with too much delay - The food quality neither is the best, nor the worst, I can say their food can be scored 40 out of 100 - Apart from the Asian girl working there, the rest are not trained and experienced - Prices are too much and the food and service don't worth it NOTE TO THE OWNER: TRAIN YOUR WAITER

This is our first choice for the brunch whenever we travel to Toronto. This restaurant serves high-quality, authentic Persian brunch dishes. We've tried all their dishes, and I can say all of them are amazing. The staff and owner are super friendly. The restaurant works per First Come First Serve basis, so on the weekends, you should expect to wait for a while while seated.
