M	Makinz Jessica Makins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Shopper's has an unfit person to be the manager. I purchased an item that is rather expensive for me ($50). I saved up for it due to COVID (not their issue, just saying). I dropped the item just a step outside of the store doors (the outside is still in a building, not literally outside). It broke and the contents leaked. The cashier who watched me cash out watched this accident happen as well. She told me that they will not do anything about it as it did not happen in the store. I was literally right at the store door. We were talking while she was still at her cash.... She called the store manager. This lady came out with a smirk on her face telling me that "life is difficulty". Embarrassing me in front of other customers and store employees. I was panicking as I already have anxiety. Human decency right out the window. It's a pandemic. Most people are struggling financially. You literally watched me have the accident a step out of your store and you are denying me any support. A good store manager would have done something for me. Exchange, refund, more points whatever. I live close by this store as well, now I will be walking further when I need anything from a Shopper's. Class act.

H	Haley Mawby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I had an incredible experience with the cosmetologist Kevin M at this location. He was super attentive and asked if I needed any help. We talked a bit about what I was looking for and since one item was out of stock (it had been on sale so makes sense), he had a few other options for me. He took the time to explain them and give me information on different brands. He was very friendly and personable, something I appreciate even more with Covid times haha. And when he rung me out he gave me a little sample he personally picked for me based on our conversation! He is an absolute gem and an invaluable salesman as I'll be back specifically for him :) These 5 stars are for him! - As a side note, those reviews about the manager that embarrassed and smirked at a customer for accidentally dropping their item? Yikes. I hope y'all addressed those issues with your managerial staff.

B	Bruce MacNeil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a dreadful example of what is wrong with Toronto. I visited to make a purchase and while I was there needed to use the washroom. The bathroom is disguised. You need a code and the assistance of staff to use it. This is disrespectful of customers, the public and our city. Especially at a pharmacy. Shoppers has become a blight on the Canadian landscape - too many, too ugly and offering nothing in exchange.

Why go here when Rexall is just a few blocks away? There the shelves are fully stocked, the selection is great and the staff is friendly. Once a solid Canadian brand, now another victim of corporate mismanagement. What a shame.
